This is seriously the only solution/fix that worked for me, I did everything with zero expectation but it worked. Thanks a lot. I had a partial download that got stuck at 49%, I had fewer folders to overwrite since I lacked most of the game files, but it did the trick regardlessly.

FIX: Descargué solo CoD HQ de Battlenet y lo verifiqué y confirmé que podía abrirlo desde allí. Luego, tomé las carpetas de C:\Program Files (x86)\Call of Duty\_retail_ (o la carpeta equivalente de la instalación de BattleNet) y las copié a C:\XboxGames\Call of Duty Content (o la instalación de Xbox CoD). Solo copié y reemplacé las carpetas, por ejemplo cod23, d3d12, main, telescopioCache, xpak_cache, etc. Básicamente supuse que algo no se estaba descargando correctamente. Ahora funciona bien.

Al inicio le das a instalar y te instalará el juego base + Warzone.. luego te recomiendo eliminar Warzone y todo lo demás dejando el Call of duty HQ que es la base, y eso es lo que van a copiar en la carpeta de juego de Xbox /content

yea its rediculas and we dont even get paid to fix their shit i had a issue like this with ark ascended and had to fix it on my own because it took a week for microsoft to do anything about it but with this im at a loss i get 0x7 then i do the files trick get 0x9 roll it back i get 0x0 now because theese error codes arent publicly availible i have absolutly no clue what they mean

I have fixed my error 0x1.. So it may be like a very generic error as there isn't much info on it but I just went over all the checks and found my windows 11 was stuck on 22h2 insider. used windows install assistant to get updated to 23h2 then used the settings apps and repair and reset loaded the game up just fine.. hope this helps someone
@@Shunsui9_ Yes, that is the problem, shared account I realised using in xbox the same account that store. Before I was using my account in Xbox app and the shared account in Microsoft Store, that was the problem, Ultimate shared but in moment of start the game the login failed
You must install battlenet before and then install call of duty, only that one and after it finishes you go to the installation folder and there you will have the _retail_ folder. Its size is almost 1gb

FIX:
