  • Learn how to have fun with your routine. Don’t see it as something overly repetitive because it doesn’t have to be that way. For my meal prep, for example, I still have to do it daily, but I make sure that I can still enjoy it as much as possible.
    While incorporating a little twist of fun in the routine, incorporate challenges. Challenge yourself to push beyond that wall that’s been stopping you recently. But do it in the safest and best way possible for yourself.
    The countdown is certainly ticking, but I’m staying true to my course and doing what I need to do up until the very last minute.
