Dry ingredients:
3/4 cup (150 g) granulated sweetener
1 1/2 cups (135 g) rolled oats, ground into flour
1/2 cup (90 g) dairy-free chocolate chips + more for the top
1/2 cup + 1 tbsp (50 g) cocoa powder unsweetened
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/3 tsp salt
1 tsp instant coffee powder (optional)
Wet ingredients:
1 1/4 cups (200 g) shredded zucchini tightly packed
1/2 cup (120 g) nut butter of choice
1/4 cup (60 ml) plant-based milk
1 tsp vanilla extract

Been making these for a while with huge success, my 5 cents:
Hazelnut butter goes great with these.
Oats in blender turn to oat flour.
No need to grate the zucch, just blitz it till pureed.
Prefer baking soda over baking powder in order to avoid cakyness.
Using a convection oven you want to bake these for 20' max.

OMG. The best brownies ever. Thanks so much for sharing this video...They're so so so delicious. I did not have any sweetener. I used 1 mashed banana and few tbsp of unsweetened apple sauce!! It came out seliscious..

Ein Tag vorher ist immer besser bei Brownies, finde ich. Bei Muffins ist es besser sie am selben Tag zu machen. :)
Does tightly packed mean the juice squeezed out with a bag 1st or just moist zucchini packed in the measuring cups?

Du musst es wirklich einmal ausprobieren. Die Zucchini macht die Brownies so schön fudgy und man schmeckt sie gar nicht raus. ❤️
