- Hi all! I know it has been a loooooooooooooooonnnnnnngggggg time since I last uploaded, but I am not dead, haha. Life has just been extremely busy and haven't really had the chance to film and upload. But here's a new one for ya! Hope you all have had a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!!
Helpful tip: Removing all spark plugs will make turning the engine easier, you wont be fighting compression. Make sure to mark the spark plug wires so you can put them back on the right plugs.
That's a nice clear demonstration. With 16 of those little keepers, I'd be sweating over losing one, especially considering all the places they could fall.
You have it down adding the keepers. For first timers may wanna use bearing grease . The bearing grease will hold the keeper in place so it won't fly out
@Handyman Sam
Did what he did works great make sure you get those keepers in good that tool needs rubber feet to help holding it on the spring because the oil
Nice video. Where do I find the spring tool? Thx.
now that we have replaced the valve seals we now have concluded we have a stuck ring or all rings on that piston still smokes and eats oil but we wouldnt trade it for the world doing a piston soak next to disolve all that carbon and oil buildup now that the valve seals arent wore out and stretched out
Did yours run rough after you installed them? I did mine and now it runs rough like somethings up with the valves...
how easy/hard is this 1 thru 10 10 being worst and is there anything i should know ?
