Thank you! I just made these with red potatoes. I stuck to the recipe and even took your suggestion to add paprika (didn't feel like looking for the smoked in the cubbard, I'm under the weather). I used cashew butter (Miyokos) because it was on hand. I paired the potatoes with steamed peas for a simple dinner. Quite tasty.

Bake the potatoes at 450F for 18 to 20 minutes, until the potatoes are fork tender. Remove the foil and turn on the broiler. Broil the potatoes for 6 to 10 minutes, or until they’re golden brown. Toss the potatoes with a spatula and then broil again for a few minutes.
@@Sjrick You'll want to take them straight from the freezer onto a baking tray and into the oven preheated to 425F. This way, they'll thaw in the oven and get crispy again :)
The aluminium foil didn't work but I used Air-fryer, this worked! And 1 cup of melted butter and olive oil is bit too much though. But over all it came out well.

olive oil's smokepoint is usually around 375-465, so as far as i know, you don't want to heat it up beyond that.
These are amazing! I added pink salt though! Next time I am goi g to add a ton of fresh garlic too instead of powder.
