But it would be nice if manjuu gave us more opportunities to get good gear instead of giving useless gear drops or gear that's already permanently farmable. The recent IB event had the gold HE gun as a D3 drop, but it's no longer as valuable since its addition to the war archives. Well at least it's not junk like what we got for Indiana's event. Who tf uses quad bofors man, at least give us a better AA gun or something else entirely, yknow like a certain plane that's really good against light armour. It's a joke to have transitional gear be a D3 drop.
@WadeWontson AA is very flexible, you don't need UR AA anyways, you can definitely use almost anything for even late game as long as your fleet is synergised well.
But Jimmy, what about the possibility of them adding super fleet fights, where you have 5 backline and 5 vanguard ships! Then you might need 15 of them!!!!!!!! Very short sighted I think.

Similarly, I will probably do enough for 1, since I'll be getting enough for the shop items I need, but otherwise, it'll be chill. It's a real shame we're getting a rerun of the last map drop item. It's been 2 years, and not a damn thing worth grinding. I've got about 150k oil saved up in the archive, but there's been nothing to grind for, even new meh equipment.
I don't often take gear off unless I really don't use that specific ship, but it's hard to outfit 4 whole fleets to the max for opsi so I'll take as much T0 gear as I can get.
In OpSi you can potentially have 3 carriers in all four fleets that all can equip two each. That's 24 HVAR potential if you don't want to have to micro your gear. Get to it.

dont forget there is 1 for free in the shop, and then u will probably be able to get 1 farmed just from normal grinding.
