I'm so torn right now, I'm in love with Rwanda and have not been yet but keep getting pulled between Rwanda and The Gambia. It is very important for me to be able to buy land and build on that with no restrictions and it is hard to find that solid information. Thank you for your info thus far love from the UK ❤

I am not living in USA 🇺🇸 but where I am living in Europe if you are working you make 120000 thousand Rwanda Money (120€ per day) while if you’re working in Rwanda a normal job like teacher you earn only 1€ per day , how can you afford this apartment of 500€ per month. Remember in west if you’re not working you still get paid from government, and the salary you can get without working it could better than someone who’s working for government in Africa ( for example a minister) guys Africa is good but the politicians are useless.

Cost of living in Rwanda is far very expensive than in Nigeria. Why should I pay $600 per month for just a 3-bedroom apartment. Very expensive.

Generally, unfurnished bungalow is between 261$ and 366$.... Kagugu is an upcoming high-income neighborhood, if you want affordable accommodation, you should avoid it and find a middle class bungalow in KICUKIRO, KACYIRU and KIMIHURURA.... A furnished bungalow with the highest quality in a middle income neighborhood can't go beyond 500$...... On airbnb, you can even find more places that are extremely very cheap.

@@AntoineMuhirwa thank u. Its helpful to know the prices are not too high even for the locals to afford just because they are trying to win foreigners to say this is cheap meanwhile the middle class local can't afford. So thank u again for pointing out more affordable cities.
