Stars: Chester Morris, Vivienne Osborne, Frank McHugh Director: Ray Enright People in an old, dark mansion are menaced by a maniac called "The Black Ace."
Tomorrow at Seven, released USA 2 June 1933. Chester Morris as Neil Broderick; Vivienne Osborne as Martha Winters; Frank McHugh as Clancy; Allen Jenkins as Dugan; Henry Stephenson as Thornton Drake; Grant Mitchell as Austin Winters; Charles Middleton as Jerry Simons; Oscar Apfel as Asa Marsden; Virginia Howell as Mrs. Quincy; Cornelius Keefe as Henderson; Edward LeSaint, Coroner; Gus Robinson as Pompey; Bud Geary, Co-Pilot.
My dad is 82 and he said there are very few real ladies out there today anymore. We were talking about how my dad never cusses in front of a woman and I had heard him cuss after his back surgery.
The two cops in this movie are a laugh riot. Making with the cop lingo and slang phrases that for these society elites is an alien language. Chester Morris is fiercely insistant as well as conveying a gentlemanly, intelligent reserve.
Love Chester Morris! And the “father/daughter” are great. Everything that’s NK was great until the slapstick guys came almost no. I as all settled in for a good mystery & I guess ya gotta be in the mood to mix corny comedy in with that head? I’ll try it again maybe next week! TYTYTY for making this available!🙏✝️✡️💜🙋♀️
Some B movies could be quite entertaining. This is one of them-- good pace and a decent story that keeps you baffled even if you figure out who the killer is.
I love Chester Morris. He has such a wonderful voice... I think Morris, William Powell, and other fast talking actors changed the look of pre-code movies which are sometimes too slow because the actors speak slowly....
Lee Larson What scenery? Except for the studio sets, there was only one three second airial short from the he plane. But you're right. If you find out where, please let me know where they sell those tickets.
You get a RARE opportunity to see 2 "second bananas" working TOGETHER here. Allan Jenkins & Frank McHugh. Plus Grant Mitchell in a subservient role as a butler. Normally, he plays a somewhat in-charge father, husband or business owner etc... CAVEAT: This is very silly and very childish. Two cops fly out of state and still claim to be in charge? Pleeeease!
A ‘B’ movie with an ‘A’ movie cast. Thanks for sharing this gem.
Allen Jenkins & Frank McHugh two of the best combos EVER !1 Thank you for uploading this movie.
Thank you for all these years of providing great old classics also for keeping them out there and alive !❤️🇨🇦🙏
Chester Morris and this movie. Both all time greats!!
I love Chester Morris

Excellent.
Love good melodrama AND great train shots too :)
Good movie. Morris would go onto play Boston Blackie. McHugh & Jenkins would become regulars at Warner Bros.
Jenkins also played the Falcon's Driver/Butler
"Brush up your Shakespeare" in Guys and Dolls would not have been the same without zmcHugh and Jenkins!
It was an interesting show . I like it :)

The scenery alone makes this a good movie. **I can't stand the world of 2017, and I'm thinking of getting a Return Ticket to a better time.
Lee Larson

Thanks4 Sharing,PizzaFlix! Overall, fun movie to watch, however, ending was "choppy,"&I thought Ace was that person!
Watch Osbourne in Two Seconds with G. Robinson....awesome movie!!!!...."G" is mesmerizing
Chester, the square jaw guy - Dick Tracy must've been drawn with him in mind!
Good movie. I suspected old fox from the get go.
This is fun due to a good cast of well known actors of the day.
It is a moving picture, not a high brow’s meaning of life

Thanks.
Paraphrasing: The housekeeper's dumb. Aren't they all. Frank McHugh and Alan Jenkins are quite a pair. Fun movie.
yoi fortgot the production team and accoints clerks
I'm trying to find the film in which Henry Stephenson murdered a young lady..It's on U Tube but I can't remember the star and title.
Who would write a confession?
horrific
First minute Could have put up a fight, deserves all he got.
Hapane mzuri
27:46 Ming the Merciless
I’m not sure which was worse the writing or the acting!
The police officer knows everything hmmmm.😂
Collect old movies...lol

I like Chester Morris, but this story is too much like Leo Gorcey & The Bowery Boys.
