she's so real for the advice she gives. like yes i splurge on myself but i also use basic products that people widely use. also admitting that you have hair extensions in is so reliving for people who are insecure about their hair. all love tam, only good things for you
When you say that you're much more than just a pretty face and have so much more to offer, it really felt like the quote "if the whole world was blind how many people would you impress?" and that just placed a smile on my face, because we all are SO much more than these "vessels" we are living in!

I really wanna appreciate this moment where you are so proud of your brown skin. You don't like looking pale and actually lean towards your own natural brown tone. In this world, where in so many countries, consisting of almost 70-80% brown skin people, everyone is obsessed with looking more and more white. There is nothing wrong with being white but there is absolutely everything wrong with trying to change who you are because you are being forced too. Really very courageous of you. You make me feel good about my own skin tone.

Thank you. You have changed my life. I was such a helpless person, I have PTSD, still living in that traumatic household, anxiety and sometimes depression. I couldn't afford therapy, my parents told it was for mental people, in India, there are no good therapists. You came on my recommends, it was a video on how you can heal, I started following these things you said in that video, I'm getting better, I can work, study..before I couldn't do anything, was always sitting idle and wondering about life. Akshara I'm so happy you've found Tam's videos bc that energy is EXACTLY what you need in this situation. I can just tell you ARE a positive person and that you WANT to a better version of yourself and that's where healing starts. Discussing mental health with Indian parents can be a little tricky so until you can afford to hire a therapist for yourself, you can rely on authentic people like Tam on youtube for free. I would also urge you to listen to Eckhart Tolle and Neville Goddard 's videos on here. My healing journey started from listening to their teachings and then found amazing ppl like Tam to make changes in my daily habits and mindset. You can do this. Healing doesn't have to dramatic and over the top, you'll feel it in mundane things like waking up feeling lighter, romanticizing something as simple as making tea in a cute cup, suddenly realizing you have amazing hair and just others being nicer to you bc they can sense the shift in your energy! Sorry this is a long one lol but I resonated with your comment and want you to know that you can be everything you want to be!
