- This weather so far this year really has been grim...no prolonged settle weather to give us a bit of clear water for plaice but if your not in to plaice then it's been great for other fish.....
And yet we don't have cold weather any more winter is no longer winter its just autumn then spring.....Stop moaning Dobbo 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
So finally a half descent day to get out in the boat.....
Making my rigs the night before I'm thinking we haven't had any settled weather so I knew things were going to be tough....
And as you guys no I hate shite fish 🤣🤣 it's inevitable you get 1 or 2 nuisance fish or 3 or 4 but it just does ya head in and 25 quid of ragworm soon dissappears....
Still the boat performed superbly everything worked as it should and never missed a beat 😀😀😀😀
Roll on next trip and some settled weather....

That was an enjoyable watch Dobbo, nice to sit in comfort while it’s peeing with rain outside. Like you said it’s a bit early for them, but you’ve got to be in it to win it, and better than blanking 🐟🎣

Yeah it wasn't the best conditions but wanted to give it ago the boat ran perfectly after not being used for a month if not longer

Only once and it was pretty pants 😂. I’m going to try and persuade my mate to get his boat in for the end of March. We’ve sorted out how to anchor now, so we’ve got another string to our bow 💪🐟🎣
Not long and you will be fishing then kev......being it on hopefully we shall have some good weather 😊

Yes the weather is grim hasn't been settled enough too much colour in the water and 8 degrees 😪
In my experience 10 deg or more for plaice
@hughshepherd6596 totally agree with that hugh also water clarity is a must clearer the better I mean it wasn't horrendous could probably easily see 3 maybe 4ft but probably worse on the bottom 😉

Thanks for comment I did a review on one of my earlier videos they are Fin-nor sea spin rods absolutely brilliant rods if you can find them I would highly recommend 😀
