Hi Michi - yes, that is just concrete and air!!! (Very sticky low slump shotcrete mix) We do not use accelerator here in the US unless it is necessary (like overhead spraying for a tunnel). ((We were just in Germany and saw that nearly everyone was using accelerator - we found it interesting...))
UM not even close to best but they holding on to 3-4 place i’ve had 6C series pumps, also peuts tk-50hp schwing 750&1000 and western warrior 3050 over the last 20 years schwing has no business in Shotcrete at all peutz is respectable, westernbin a class all of its own nothing can touch it for 20 years plus. It’s a mechanical and possibility the design of the open loop pump versus the close loop pump those are your two major designs read runs closed western runs open and they’ve perfected it hands-down and when you read won’t perform and it starts to isolate you call them up and they tell you their pressures in their literature or no Western reaches every pressure it claims to get and it’s about 40 grand less than the reed. My old school 2002 western warrior 350 side-by-side with a 2015 C 50 SS the warrior be about 15 minutes a truck at 350 feet I am a former superintendent at Johnson Western Garden company and I’ve run all the pumps that are out there they competition and where they lie it’s pretty obvious
Any reason for setting up the pump at that angle? Thought level was the way to go
Anyone know if I can use one of these less powerful but more powerful than what they have for wall plastering ?
WHERE CAN I BUY THOSE WYE REDUCER PIPE? SOMEBODY WHO HAS THE ANSWER?
Nice Video! Like the idea of using 2 nozzles! Are they using any accelerators or is it really just air? Greatings from germany!
