Hmmm.... when someone wants to comment on, and insult, someone else's intelligence for their comedy taste maybe they should, at the very least, be able to write it without fucking it up completely. Maybe those people who like to judge other people's intelligence, intellect, or education based on what they enjoy/find funny just do so because they know that they are so low on the iq scale that they don't know how stupid they really are.

I own a house with three units in Los Angeles. Took me 9 months to get rid of the renters. They paid on time, but always managed to sneak friends into their house for long stays. We just have an empty rear house now lol. We might rent to white people 😂
Arthur Barrios my parents have it even worse.. they’re property it in downtown LA and they literally can’t kick the renter out. Even after spending thousands on court/lawyer fees. California laws are idiotic :/

Thank God our renters left on their own will after months of confrontations, I even installed cameras around the house and caught them sneaking family/friends even letting my dogs out in the streets on purpose once. Not to mention all the damage we had to repair on the house.
Seriously feel bad for both of you. I live in North Carolina and my dad use to own rental properties. I thought about getting into it but he said plan on a second full time job and if you don't have the money or credit to fix the house every month and basically remodel the house everytime someone moves out don't do it.

Possums are so cute in Australia, we have a possum park where we can hand feed them. They come out of the trees and greet you. I think your possums and our possums are considered different animals.

Yeah, it’s super ignorant. Possums eat ticks that cause Lyme disease. And their temperature prevents them from ever contracting rabies. I cant speak for other rodents but possums are a net positive even if they are weird looking and smell gross.

I absolutely love stand up comedy and his marriage joke was very relatable but what is hilarious about slowly killing an animal because it came in your yard? I was grossed out and thought it was cringy.
