Hi Sir, I read somewhere from the comments that the total construction cost spent was 5.5M. Is that inclusive of the labor na din po ba? Btw, how much did it cost for the Building Permit po? Thank you
yes Joytyyladia it cost me 5.5M total na....inclusive of labor yan at merienda:) the building permit naman titingnan ko sa notes ko and balikan kita...di naman siya ganuong significant na malaki....
Great accomplishment, if this is a 4 bedrooms home and it cost you 5.5 million pesos what a bargain. I was looking at almost the same design in Manglanilla, Cebu selling for 12 million pesos.
Calla Lily no probs! The House have 2 floors and 2 Balconies....the extra sqm accounts for the extra balconies and the size of 2 floors...normally a 2 Floor house will calculate bigger than the lot area...if you maximize your living space
