Overall lower floor looks gorgeous but hampered by natural air flow a.k.a ventilation which clearly numbers of standing fan around. On the 2nd floor, I like the master bathroom. Bright and the walking closet situated accordingly. Anyways appreciate your efforts and thanks.

I really love how detail oriented she is. It feels like she's the girl version of famous house tourer Enez and Ryan because she doesn't state the obvious like "this is the bedroom, the door, the pantry" like Julia from Presello is. No hate, but I think if you're really investing millions for a house, you should know the details of the materials used and not just the basics or obvious already.
I am starting to ponder apple grace likes to cook because everytime she enter the kitchen her eyes sparkles and likes to explore all the kitchen equipments 😂

The fact that they are using fans shows how airy the lower ground, e.i. they don't need AC on the lower ground, IMHO.
