Is the new Kia Tasman the most powerful pickup truck?

For this unit to compete in Australia, it needs the towing capability to be 3500kgs…..plus a decent payload…… I’m not sure the current 2.2l diesel will make the grade here, otherwise the vehicles this motor is in already would have much better towing capacity.
Saying that though, KIA does build very good vehicles…..I would be surprised if they don’t have a solution to fix that……..

Not a fullsize truck and will most likely have crew cab standard. Ford has done this for certain trim levels. The power output is too low and was there a hybrid? That would be the one to land here in America dealers. The built out grey is just too much click bait. The real one looks too anemic generic. Straight sides are instant outdated lego-ish for any truck guy or woman. Sad but true unless it has a bit more robustness look it'll be slated for remedial transportation,work only light duty.
