We are delighted to showcase our Single Pot Still Irish Whiskeys of Midleton Google Hangout ON AIR broadcast live from The Foundry on Monday the 18th of May 2015.
The show features our five Masters of Midleton - David Quinn, Master of Whiskey Science; Brian Nation, Master Distiller; Kevin O'Gorman, Master of Maturation; Billy Leighton, Master Blender and Ger Buckley, Master Cooper. Your host is David McCabe, International Whiskey Ambassador.
Watch as the Masters take a look back at the history and heritage of Single Pot Still Irish Whiskeys of Midleton and the process involved in distillation, maturation, blending and coopering. Each Master leads a tasting of some of our most revered Single Pot Still Irish Whiskeys including Redbreast 12 and Midleton Barry Crockett. There is also an engaging Q and A section with the audience as well as from whiskey experts Mark Gillespie (WhiskyCast) and Richard Thomas (Whisky Reviewer) who joined us live on the Google Hangout from the US and Portugal respectively.
