I agree that the sentence for the badger abuse was far too light. It does warm my heart that the first officer in the story was willing to put his reputation on the line to protect wildlife.
Why weren’t the faces and names for the sickos of the animal cruelty case not shown!!!
Brilliant detective work. Loved the hidden camera under the Lorry. It's sickening that deranged people enjoy hurting animals. Those people are usually violent to their families. I really don't understand why.

The UK has truly failed. 26 weeks in prison is such a weak punishment for wildlife and animal cruelty. This is why the UK has failed in every regard...You think he won't attempt this again while laughing at the police and RSPCA after his weak 26 week sentence?
One guy got 6 months and his colleges effectively got off Scott free for the animal cruelty charges. Nowhere near adequate punishment.

I am appalled at the sentences being so short! I think the parents should have been charged with child cruelty also.
The arsonist should have received a longer sentence too.

26 wks for that degree of cruelty to both dogs and badgers? wth? they should also be charged with child abuse. Those children will need counselling and animal education in order to break the cycle of abuse.

Silly Scottish pronunciation guide: "N tuition" does not mean teaching someone about the letter N. The narrator is trying to say "Intuition". They should have got a Dutch person to narrate this. They speak better English. This narrator is a joke. Can she not say Digging instead of Degging and Guilty rather than Gelty?. Injuries instead of N juries, and Mister Big instead of Messter Beg? Also the number 36 is not pronounced "thairty sex". A regional accent is Ok, but this level of mispronunciation is simply "Red Ekulous". The lady is in the wrong job, as is the person who hired her.
