    Enjoyed this session...been following Adrienne..but I kind of prefer the talk through to be honest..not as much pausing......also 20 minutes seems to be enough ... I always add a little extra myself 🙂🙂

    Fabulous practice, very good idea o have a full back stretch video, it helped me greatly, thank you. Question/suggestion (unsure if you have one already?): a full body yoga stretch video would be awesome. I love the way that you deliver and share your yoga knowledge, it's fun, simple and easy to follow, even my daughter (7 years old) love to follow and she says she loves your accent too. Take care x

    Hi Joelle When you say it is normal to have one side of your body feel different from the other. How do you correct the imbalance thank you

    • @YogawithJoelle
      @YogawithJoelle  Рік тому

      That's a great (and tricky) question that's a lot to go into in a single comment, but essentially we need to strengthen and open the weaker/tighter side of the body to balance out our natural compensations. It also depends on what the difference actually is, whether for example one side is painful and other isn't, or if one side simply feels a little tighter. I hope that helps a little!
