It is honestly ironic, because Tigress gave people a reason to fear her more through intimidation when she got older. It wasn't until Po officially became the Dragon Warrior that she and the Five learned to fully respect Po as an equal and she started to become more humble. When she was a child, she was ostracized and feared because of what she was. It's interesting how the writers put a spin on a cliche of a mistreated child who is taken advantage of and becomes feared once they reached adulthood vs what Tigress became instead.
@@SirToaster9330 That's not okay. You should talk with a trusted friend or adult if your mom is gaslighting you, but I don't think that's what Crane's mother is doing. Man, now i need a comic about child Tigres aproaching master Shifu just moments after Tai Long was taken down, i have a feeling that Tai made his little debacle only weeks between the scene where she is getting adopted and the one where she was training as a child, it would be cute and also heartbreaking seeing Tigres confused at what happened and Shifu trying to handle it.
Interesting fact: 70% of mantis mating scenarios end with the male NOT being killed or eaten by the female. This is because male mantises spank, bludgeon, and otherwise bruise the female he aims to mate with, which makes her more willing to let the male mate with her. Given this fact, Mantis could avoid his father's fate well into old age. But yeah, female mantises are into the rough stuff. They like being bruised by aggressive males that are also cautious. Po's involvement in making the Furious Five is a nice nod to their overall destiny, the fact Tigress accidentally got Po's list of potential careers was a bit out of left-field.
Yeah, the whole “female eating the male’s head” thing is not as common as people think it is. And also, another way the males avoid getting eaten is by giving the female food, or waiting til she has already eaten something.

Crane, stealthy warrior thanks to the ability to fly and fight Viper for reconnaissance and fighting for her speed and ability to wriggle into small spaces Monkey the lancer for his ability to think on the spot, and more of an acrobat Mantis combat medic Tigress the leader for the power and ferocity
What baffles me is that Shi-Fu was mad at Viper and Mantis, who unlike Caribe and Monkey, they had made reputations for being great warriors, specially Viper. After all she is the daughter of a great hero of Chine, and she alone took down a heavily armored Gorrilla, not so different than Boar. So really she was overqualified for the job.
The warriors of the true highest caliber. Yet they had come from sad, frightened, mundane and crushing origins. Tigress could've been another Tai Lung. Crane was seen as a tiny runt for years. Viper was a disgrace among her family. Monkey was just a heartbroken joke. Mantis was a hasty, ignorant fool. Po was merely a lazy, bumbling, silly man. But together, they each commanded a joint unshakable resolve to protect the innocent.
Wow, the story of Mantis is the most extraordinary, and funny. The did everything. Was already a hero before king fu, has super strength and super speed, then acquired supreme mental abilities. And was studying to be a doctor. A remarkable individual.
There was 10 years between the first movie where Po became the dragon master and ( the secrets of the scrolls ) where the Furious five became one team , in those 10 years Po was trained enough by his father to became an excellent chef and Mantis was trained enough by his personal passion to became an excellent acupuncturist although they started by accidentally giving Shifu a food poisoning 😂
why is Crane's story similar to that film about a water boy becoming a football player (his mother was dismissive about "fusball") as well as "Coco" (the male lead's family was anti-music)
So we’re just gonna ignore that monkey’s brother is wukong… as in sun wukong the most powerful Chinese deity apart from the Buddha… The same monkey that rampaged through the heavens and even hell and no one had the power to stop nor kill until the Buddha had to intervene, and also the same monkey that served as the inspiration for goku from dragon ball z, yea ok got it, no big deal I guess lol 😂
This is a NAME, i mean there are people in real life that can name their son Jesus. Why there arent supposed to be people in Kung fu panda verse that could name their kids as Wukong ?
Viperbite is a green tree viper cybertronian with two small metallic lotus flower blasters on top of her head. Although she was created with ineffective venomous fangs, she compensates with her robotic strength and precision. Viper is the most outwardly compassionate and the leader of the Five Furibots. Tigresser is a South China tiger cybertronian. She was initially the most resentful of Optimus Prime when he was chosen to be the Autobot Warrior instead of her, and the most vocal in her contempt. Craneslacker is a black-necked crane cybertronian and the most patient of the Five Furibots. He serves as a robotic scout and lookout in combat situations, as well as a means of transport for the other members of the Five Furibots. Should any of the Five Furibots fall from a great height, Craneslacker will appear to break their fall. Monkeyman is a golden snub-nosed monkey cybertronian with a thick Chinese accent, and the most humorous of the Five Furibots. He was the first to recognize Optimus Prime's determination, and the first to refer to Optimus Prime and Bumblebee by their names. Unlike the other members of the Five Furibots. Mantisprayer is a Chinese mantis cybertronian and the smallest of the Five Furibots. He is, however, the strongest proportional to his size, and can move at superhuman speeds. Transformers is owned by Hasbro/Takara
I'm going to quote the wisest animated character I know to describe how the five came together, Uncle Iroh: "You know Prince Zuko, destiny is a funny thing. You never know how things are going to work out. But if you keep an open mind, and an open heart, I promise you will find your own destiny someday."
whats funny is, shifu didnt want to recruit them because he thought they were just doing regular jobs when they had past/childhoods that involved fighting
I love how they end up finding true love with family , friends and bright future as the heroes of China 💖 especially Tigress after Shifu truned into a better father finding his inner peace and her friends grow closer to her over time
Um they are literal embodiments of five well-known martial arts styles The Way of the Tiger The Way of the Snake The Way of the Monkey The Way of the Crane The Way of the Mantis.
I think having this as their origins really helps explain why they were so dismissive of Po in the first movie all of them had natural talent when it came to king fu in comparison to Po who was clumsy and incompetent he didn’t have that natural talent
This explains why the furious five where upset that po got the title of dragon warrior but as time went on they accepted it. They hated po at first and it is understandable why but now they have become his friends and i think po changed their lives as much as yhey changed his ❤

I’m still want a furious five animated series set before the events of KFP 1 and explore the early days of the five and expand on some elements that were explored in loa and the movies and to an extent the comics
Love how you tell these stories
I just can’t seem to understand how did she managed to confuse whatever was written on that scroll with a wish-list made by Po himself.
Crane, stealthy warrior thanks to the ability to fly and fight
Viper for reconnaissance and fighting for her speed and ability to wriggle into small spaces
Monkey the lancer for his ability to think on the spot, and more of an acrobat
Mantis combat medic
Tigress the leader for the power and ferocity
Also Mantis: *beats the crap out of any enemy without being seen*
What baffles me is that Shi-Fu was mad at Viper and Mantis, who unlike Caribe and Monkey, they had made reputations for being great warriors, specially Viper. After all she is the daughter of a great hero of Chine, and she alone took down a heavily armored Gorrilla, not so different than Boar. So really she was overqualified for the job.
I feel bad for mantis, being left at the alter but the person you love was only using you.
Have been waiting for this love ur vids
Hopefully one day tigress will find her parents or find out why they left her
I saw some say that it would be interesting if the furious five got their own movie
So this could be it's plot
The warriors of the true highest caliber. Yet they had come from sad, frightened, mundane and crushing origins.
Tigress could've been another Tai Lung.
Crane was seen as a tiny runt for years.
Viper was a disgrace among her family.
Monkey was just a heartbroken joke.
Mantis was a hasty, ignorant fool.
Po was merely a lazy, bumbling, silly man.
But together, they each commanded a joint unshakable resolve to protect the innocent.
Why did Charles Monts want kill anyone else looking for the bird .
Proving it exist at all would vindicate him
I like how you said the same thing at the end of everyones story🤣
Fr I swear he just put the same clip over snd over again
Goddamn. Monkey’s story was really happy at the end until his mother’s death. Heartbreaking.
Pause on Monkey running at 17:41.
That is one heck of an image. XD
Wow, the story of Mantis is the most extraordinary, and funny. The did everything. Was already a hero before king fu, has super strength and super speed, then acquired supreme mental abilities. And was studying to be a doctor. A remarkable individual.
it's cool how before po was the dragon warrior he loved the furious five but he doesn't know he's the one who put them together
Cant believe you forgot the most heart warming back story of them all...monke.... Monke mmm monke
why is Crane's story similar to that film about a water boy becoming a football player (his mother was dismissive about "fusball") as well as "Coco" (the male lead's family was anti-music)
Mantis is my favorite character of the Furious Five, he's just funny and what the writers did with that one bridge fight scene was hilarious.
And Jan kogo in starzinger
This is a NAME, i mean there are people in real life that can name their son Jesus. Why there arent supposed to be people in Kung fu panda verse that could name their kids as Wukong ?
@@mrabadon3657 you too that personal didn’t you? Lol
I love the fact that Oogway changed his smile to sad and this gonna go wrong.
I love the ku fu panda season I wish they would make a number 4
Same here or another tv series but this time focus on the five’s early days of the previous five
They will. It was announced
You Got Your Wish Lol
Be careful what you wish for at it's finest
Nicely done! Most impressive writing and oration, I learned a lot that I didn't catch while watching the movies!
14:57 True. I’ve never been in a relationship.
I think these Five’s stories are all interesting.
Tigress is so cute when she's young
Isn’t it funny how po was the real reason that the furious five are the characters that we love and know?
Video definitely could've benefited from a bit more editing, but all in all I like videos that bring previous related videos together.
Was this animation from a series I missed? It's delightful!
The real question is what was tigres feeding on🤔
Well he just started it off with a tall glass of depresso espresso
monkey was so close to being kung fu panda 4's villain
23:50 this is why you should always have food nearby so you can escape
Watching this 2 years later when a new kung fu panda movie i finally now there back stories.
Keep the good work
If The 4th Movie's Plot/Story,Villain,Themes Etc. Aren't Centered Around Tigress It Already Fumbled
It’s interesting how king fu panda has such believably flawed characters
I'm going to quote the wisest animated character I know to describe how the five came together, Uncle Iroh: "You know Prince Zuko, destiny is a funny thing. You never know how things are going to work out. But if you keep an open mind, and an open heart, I promise you will find your own destiny someday."
whats funny is, shifu didnt want to recruit them because he thought they were just doing regular jobs when they had past/childhoods that involved fighting
I love how they end up finding true love with family , friends and bright future as the heroes of China 💖 especially Tigress after Shifu truned into a better father finding his inner peace and her friends grow closer to her over time
I love that Viper's eyes seem to get REAL big and happy right before she pokes Boar in the butt. XD
thanks for the grasshopper jumpscare
Um they are literal embodiments of five well-known martial arts styles
The Way of the Tiger
The Way of the Snake
The Way of the Monkey
The Way of the Crane
The Way of the Mantis.
20:39 Mei Ling is super underrated
I Wonder who was intended for the original furious 5
I think having this as their origins really helps explain why they were so dismissive of Po in the first movie all of them had natural talent when it came to king fu in comparison to Po who was clumsy and incompetent he didn’t have that natural talent
This explains why the furious five where upset that po got the title of dragon warrior but as time went on they accepted it. They hated po at first and it is understandable why but now they have become his friends and i think po changed their lives as much as yhey changed his ❤
“You saved me… why?”
“Mmmm, Monkey”
I had the dvd of this so i know all about it
Amazing
Do The Full Story of Captain Gutt from Ice Age 4 please.
Technically po was the reason the furious 5 was formed because if it weren't for Poe's list of jobs Tigres would have chosen the og
16:21 ✨✨best line✨✨
Viper was a late fanger.
when you said Viper gained access to venom, does that mean she grew fangs?
