It's a Light Trail experience and together we'll get to see all of the beautiful gardens and amazing light displays. Plus, it's a great option if you're looking for something different than the already crowded Christmas market.
In this video, we'll be walking around the Light Trail experience at Royal Botanic Garden - perhaps a better way to enjoy Christmas in Edinburgh.

Really enjoyed watching this. Good vlog Rog! Definitely worth a visit, though I'd more than likely, be sidetracked by the food stalls! Good to know prices appear cheaper, than the Markets! The various light trails were just amazing! 👍

It looks great, but as I always say, the prices are way too expensive for struggling families. My neighbour was telling my wife they were down the town with the kids and someone told them about it but when they went to buy a family ticket it was over £70. they couldn't justify throwing that money out on a walk where the kids would probably be fed up after 20 minutes. Edinburgh Council really needs to help with the prices. We went to Perth for the light switch on, £69 for a family room Buses right outside the hotel door (all free travel) to anywhere in the city. Prices for rides was £3/£8.. pluse loads of free stuff for the kids to do. such a difference with a proper council not robbing the vendors so they dont need to rob the public.
