      Just use a flamethrower and napalm, you can substitute the napalm with a gasoline-diesel-polystyrene mix.
      So if you carry a pack of polystyrene, you can refuel at any gas station and use the air hose to repressurize either your napalm cylinder or your compressed air cylinder depending on how elaborate your flamethrower is. A dedicated air tank is heavier to carry but will last longer than if the fuel tank was pressurized.
      Or you could customize it and use a battery powered fuel pump with just a fuel cylinder of a gasoline and diesel mix. It wont cover the target with a thick sticky fire liquid, but the diesel will still make it flow like a fire stream from the gun. Just gasoline alone will only make a fire flame and not produce a consistent stream.

      That's all great and well, and in a perfect world that makes perfect sense. Given the world is far from perfect, the fight just may come from out of nowhere, and when it does, you may not have any choice but to stand your ground and fight. Sure, why make yourself a target by being in the wrong place at the wrong time. Unfortunately, it seems all bets are off anymore, and anyone is a target of opportunity as punks and thugs have become so brazenly empowered.

    Please, folks, "self-defense knives" isn't a thing. Fancy ninja draw and everything. When Johnny Methead suddenly out of nowhere starts perforating your lungs with a rusty pocketknife, you want to create as much distance between you and Mr Homicidal as you possibly can. Not stay in the pocket and pull out your own little poker and begin a little tit-for-tat and see who leaks out first. This fantasy self-defense stuff is dangerously bad advice. You are not Col. Fairbairn or John Wick. None of us are.

I 'can' throw with rotation, but not effectively, just for fun. For the throw with deployment from closed I use a crkt m16-z with a thumb stud. And I'm throwing into cardboard. And it takes multiple tries, every time.
      I'm familiar with the Dunning-Kruger effect and that's not the case in this situation.

I assume you're using a knife with a thumb stud or a spine flipper? I can see how if you're opening it from the spine with your pointer fingerb you could use that to stabilize a quick throw, but with a thumb stud that would just throw a bunch of force into it along a new plane. It's also important when using a blade for self defense two things. Any blade without a full or at least partial tang can sometimes snap. And a folding blade may fold in on you under pressure. You will not like this but your opponents will. Pocket knives were designed for utility and not combat. And no matter how good any knife may be, they should be used for their designed purposes if you expect consistent positive results. Yes and no. A firearm yes, there is more of a learning curve when it comes to aiming and firing, but the main thing is the willingness to use it to harm another individual. The stopping power at a distance you can maintain from your opponent is the most beneficial thing about them. Reach is King for any confrontation with a weapon.
      A knife by comparison doesn't require that much training, stab, stab, stab, slash, slash, slash. Mostly it's the willingness to actually harm another individual. Contrary to popular "self-defense specialists", it's vastly easier to out run and scream for help against someone with a knife, than to get within reach, and try to take it. That goes for you using a knife as well, you're opponent is at a huge disadvantage just because you have a knife and they don't.

      The globalist lucifarian child molesting lefties are trying to make things that way here in the USA. Sounds like Sodom and Gomorrah courts. Self defense is not a bad word. It is a God given right.

      Same as Australia. It is illegal to carry a knife or (any martial weapon really) for "self-defense", but you can carry it to and from preparation of food. So basically just pull the apple-knife excuse.

    The reason they are so strong is because most good quality fixed blades are made of one solid piece. The steel runs all the way through the grip

    • @TheForgottenMan270
      @TheForgottenMan270 8 місяців тому

      It's more than that. You can have a crap fixed blade. It's about design and quality of purification of that metal. Then was it also crafted in a way that fatigue or flaws didn't take place to shorten the life of the knife.
      I have folding knives I've had for several years and they're still in great shape. They still work as if they are brand new. I also don't cheap out when purchasing blades. I do my research to make sure I'm not purchasing a low quality knife, fixed or otherwise.

    I personally carry a big bowie knife with me whenever I'm out because i live in the forest and there's bears,cougars,wolves,coyotes,and deer or elk which can be just as dangerous as predators so it's just nice having a blade with me plus if I ever were to get lost I have something that I can use to make shelter and fire furthermore I can use it to hunt if I needed to and to skin game

    I love how in the US people don't take this this advertisement seriously, because it's "only a blade", while in Germany, this girl would go straight into jail for carrying a weapon.

      That's why it's good to be American. We here in the U.S. realized over 200 years ago that criminals will always be armed and they ignore laws.

    • @PatrickMagToast
      @PatrickMagToast 8 місяців тому +2

      Well, yes. If we are talking about knives, you might be right. But guns are an entirely different story. They are really hard to get by in Germany and that's a good thing. The worst thing a criminal might have here is indeed a knive and you can counter that with pepper pray(which is illegal as well lol).

      Well they might be armed in the US cause it's easy to get weapons. In other countries they literally don't exist in the first place.
      And yes, cops are just people but to many of them are corrupt, racist, incompetent... Even if it's just 1 out of 10, the consequences on society are huge.
