When is the kid back in the 60s, I thought this was the coolest show on TV. Some sixty years later, and realize that I was a dorky kid for liking that show, and now I realize why my dad was always laughing at how absolutely ridiculous and almost amateurish acting.
I thought the same thing when I was watching as a kid. And now that I am 63 it still is one of my favorite TV shows along with Star Trek TOS and Gilligan's Island.
@freebeerfordworkers How did you feel about the 3rd season 3 part episode that was set in Londinium? The one featuring Lord Marmaduke Ffog and Lady Penelope Peasoup. 🤣
This is one of two bloopers that were left in this episode. The second came when they were in the bakery office. Batman was going to pick up a piece of pie crust to investigate and picked up a piece of paper instead. Adam West contributed the mistake to his cowl limiting his peripheral vision.
My father’s high school choir lost a lot of students to this show. Back when there were no VCRS and videotapes or even DVRS to set timers for whatever anybody wanted to watch but didn’t have the time for it at first.

That in fact is one of its appeals, and makes it quite watchable.
then that means the show worked

The show was intentionally campy. Right? It wasn't trying to be serious, gritty, edgy, or high drama. That was the point. As a kid, you got it.
accidentally bumping into each other with no plot relevance whatsoever, now that's why this is the most realistic batman
"Excuse me." Manners, that's the example they're setting, and one that seriously needed.
I like how there's a notice on the wall that says "Access to the BATCAVE via BATPOLES", as if it's open for everyone to visit 🤣🤣
"For those with mobility issues or young children, alternative access to the BATCAVE is available via the BATELEVATOR."
@ 00:27... "excuse me"... the IMPECCABLE manners of bruce wayne
Only Frank Gorshin was even qualified to play The Riddler. Slippery as an eel. Keen as a fox.
Slippery as grunion. Wiley as a coyote.
Quick as a rabbit. Elusive as a squirrel. And a hyenas sense of humor.
Robin loved grabbing the bat pole 😂
All time favorite 😊
As a kid it puzzled me like crazy as to how Batman and Robin got into their costumes simply by sliding down the Bat poles.
I'm still puzzled actually
If Batman taught us anything it showed us that outsourcing works!!!

You're a true connoisseur!

Last show before canceled cost was way to much . Shame.
I thought those two in the thumbnail to the right were Oscar Madison and Felix Unger.
Why are you filming your screen where you literally play a video file in a video player 🤔
Off the tv?
