Hello I'm reaching out about my arm fat. I've been working out since 2020, using weights for strength training. My goal is to get rid of my arm fat (which is a lot) and have nice, lean arms. However, instead of losing fat,my arms keep getting bulkier in the bicep region. If you could help me out on this I'd be really grateful. Thanks!

You can't spot reduce fat on arms- you need to modify your eating plan. It will also help to focus more on tricep and shoulder exercises to balance out the bicep.

limited amounts of blue light WITH infrared light in sunlight is helpful in resetting the circadian rhythm to start the daily cortisol cycle. Blue light after sunset except at less than 11 lux levels is extremely harmful - as you noted. The amount of blue light we receive from devices and space lighting is far beyond safe or healthy levels. Worse - it lacks the red and infrared light essential for the blue light to be safe. Green light can also substitute for the circadian rhythm morning support needs. High energy green LED light can trigger circuits in the skin that trigger pain in sensitive people. Limiting intensity may be helpful.
Infrared is huge in the mottled light in the shade of trees. That is ideal for driving the healthy impacts on the immune system and mitochondrial function.
