A few years ago I had so much passion from sciatic nerve damage caused by spinal stenosis. I couldn't even walk to my mailbox. I didn't want surgery and went to my chiropractor (who previously had helped me address issues of an autoimmune disorder). Although he did weekly adjustments, I also did infa-red treatments 3x a week for a month. It made a huge difference in my treatments. We followed up with traction and exercises to strengthen my back. I'm so thankful for his knowledge and having this as a treatment in his office. Thank b you for sharing and helping more people become aware of its benefits.
@@clicknetusa Yes, indeed. But some health issues such as acne or arthrosis require simultaneous therapy with different agents. I use infrared and red light for my joints. I also take Omega-3, vitamin D3 + K2 and Astaxanthin. Altogether is the result very good: less pain, more elasticity, better movement

There are certain professions in which a person's body is exposed to intense infrared light. Down through history, these professions have become associated with skin conditions resulting from repeated exposure to infrared light. Three of these documented skin conditions are: 1. Steelworker's arms 2. Bakers hands 3. Glassblowers face These are inside jobs and are not associated with ultra-violet light, only infrared light.
I have a 250.What infrared ball going all the time for heat. I wear my blue light glasses when I look at devices. And I don't look directly into the infrared light unless I had sunglasses on. Is it? Making me worse or better
Thank you for this video. I have pigmantation (dark spots)on my face; can I use NIR ? Some say, that NIR is not good for this kind of skin, it would make worse...
Just wondering which video if updated is the best for menopausal women wanting to build muscle? I have no estrogen or very little. Are the MRT full body workouts still the way to go? Thx for your help.
Hey Kim, thanks for writing in and great question! Most infrared saunas help produce the deeper layer (mid) levels beneficial to your overall system. However, the only way to know for sure is to verify with the staff. Thanks for watching! -The FMP Team
Info on statement @2':44" NIR is safe within certain limits. Ee < 10 [mW/cm^2], for the wavelengths between 720-1400 [nm]. See otherwise: “Ham and Mueller (1989)” on MPE (max permissible exposure)....

Good video, but the information about the penetration depth is wrong. IR-A penetrates the deepest, followed by IR-B and IR-C. In general, the shorter the wavelength of infrared radiation, the greater the penetration depth. Not the other way around.
Hey I man, thanks for writing in and great question! There is some solid preliminary research that details the benefits of using infrared light to help with weaker or fractured bones. Check these out for more info: pulse.ly/f2ofw3n2ua pulse.ly/5r5inno7oc -The FMP Team

You’re very welcome! I’m glad you found this valuable 🙏🏼
When a person has too many different treatments I think it's kind of hard to evaluate the effectiveness of any one of them.
*pain, not passion.

Do you think it could potential help with optic nerve damage?
What about infra red heaters? Is it the same? Then is it near or medium or far?
I think it has all three sources. Mainly mid and in the long range, tho. Because it transmits most of its energy as heat.
Just wondering which video if updated is the best for menopausal women wanting to build muscle? I have no estrogen or very little. Are the MRT full body workouts still the way to go? Thx for your help.

no this is not correct, the longer the wavelength the more the penetration ie 670 nm penetrates less than 1100 nm

You forgot to mention that the wavelength length is longer in the ocean! Not 30meters dude!
