it's your choice if you want to work on the Department that you dont have experience yet. You can choose which Assignment you want to accept. It depends on the Hospital Anästhesie earn good as well and much stable than Travel nurse. But in travel Nursing you have more freedom

Ann are you required to know the language of the canton you are placed in?
if your working as a Nurse yes because it's one of the requirements for your recognition to work as a Nurse.
