Wow, those voices, those songs and that gift of music! Could they do poorly on any song at all if they even tried? I think not. I go to bed with the Avett Brothers playing in my mind and wake up with them singing some more. Awwwesome.
@ABeautifulFiction You can pretty much get it from the video. He's playing in G with capo on the 5th fret which makes it the key of C. I haven't actually tried playing it yet but the chords that brodank posted are at least in the right key! I've noticed in several of the songs I've looked up they will have the right chords just in the wrong places. Just play around with it and I'm sure you'll get it! Good luck =]
@ABeautifulFiction eexcuse me im wrong, those arent the right chords....its just G-D-G then a C at "a sorry man". least thats how it starts, im not gonna write down it all for you lol
Its ok i forgive you for missing the first few seconds. also, i envy the shit out of you for getting to see this first hand. My friend and i found the farm that they grew up on and accidentally found THE galaxy and took pictures with it. BE jealous!
No one can rock jorts quite like Scott Avett can.
This has to be one of their best ever!!! I always watched a different video for this song but glad I found this one! LOVE IT!!!!! Avett Fan for Life!!
These guys are both, the man.
This is magical.
I am too in love with these men.

scott is definitely buzzed. no doubt.
Knowing what he usually plays, probably something out of your price range.
But actually....pretty sure it's a Stelling.
@ABeautifulFiction they are right..... you are doing something wrong buddy.
Who's reading The Nazi Doctors?
Go make songs with more complex chords, and if you are just as good, or even better as the Avetts, I'll take you seriously in this post.
They're wasted
