Lol, another great video. Your spotter done a great job. ( Pa, shooter just pulls the trigger. Spotter does all the work) clear advantage. Lol . I ‘ll work on taking up that challenge. I don’t have the set up you have. But camera may zoom good enough. We’ll see.

@@pawild5594 I went around farm yesterday. Just can't get 670 yard shot. Beans are planted and the leaves on trees. I will have to take up the challenge in fall. With beans in the field, longest shot I have is around 500. And losing it fast to hay growing. I'm only mowing 300 yards for my personal range.

Do you prefer the 75 grain V-Max or 87 grain??? I am building a long range .243 rifle and I am just looking for feedback....I know that every rifle prefers certain ammo and people that are successful with one brand/ grain, doesn’t mean you will be with the same rifle all the time

I prefer the 87g Vmax hands down. If you go with a 1:9 twist you may find that the Sierra game changers will be awesome also.
Is this a hunting rig, a paper puncher or a little of both?

PA Wild well I’m going to select my new rifle tomorrow after work at my local gun store. Deciding between the new 2020 Savage Axis II Precision or the Savage model 12 LRP....possible a few others. But primarily used for groundhogs and then paper/ steep out to 600 yards which is about my max range up my brother-in-laws farm... it’s hard to find 800+ in Western PA.

PA Wild I bought 12 boxes of Hornady 75 grain V-Max from Choice Ammunition’s website. They had it for $14 a box and still going. They reload it to factory specs and I also bought like 10 different loads of every grain of ammo... I’m going to see what this rifle will shoot the best out of the box and then start trying to shrink the groups if need be by reloading them on my own.
