We are so happy to return to our second home Morocco 🇲🇦
We arrived in Tangier and enjoyed exploring the old medina and having lots of delicious food and meeting friendly people.
Morocco, a North African country bordering the Atlantic Ocean and Mediterranean Sea, is distinguished by its Berber, Arabian, and European cultural influences. Marrakesh’s medina, a mazelike medieval quarter, offers entertainment in its Djemaa el-Fna square and souks (marketplaces) selling ceramics, jewelry and metal lanterns. The capital Rabat’s Kasbah of the Udayas is a 12th-century royal fort overlooking the water.
Tangier, a Moroccan port on the Strait of Gibraltar, has been a strategic gateway between Africa and Europe since Phoenician times. Its whitewashed hillside medina is home to the Dar el Makhzen, a palace of the sultans that's now a museum of Moroccan artefacts. The American Legation Museum, also in the medina, documents early diplomatic relations between the U.S. and Morocco in an 1821 Moorish-style former consulate.

Welcome back to Morocco, it isn´t a Moroccan Tagine, it´s a Moroccan traditional dish and only a meal cooked slowly over charcoal in a Tagine with the way of the traditional Moroccan cuisine, then we can call it Moroccan meal Tagine, anyway, enjoy your trip😃

Glad to see you back in Morocco. Tangiers is a good choice but you should also visit Tétouan, one of the most beautiful cities in the North of Morocco, where Andalusian heritage meets native culture and traditions.

I was there in Tangier last November. Looks like the same restaurant at the Medina. Has lovely breakfast with mint tea sitting at the balcony to get the view. There is a ferry from Tangier to Spain. We also visited Marakech and Casablanca. Did'nt go to Checfouhan as my wife was not feeling well. Essouira is also day's trip from Marakech. I had been to Medina in Marakech and tried their food stalls there. I also tried the sheep head with the special bread.. I think Gogo might love it.

The most common thing we have with turkey is stray cats ❤ , they are very much loved, but we should do more, enjoy tanja 😂🎉❤

This cafe, called the Edge Cafe, is the oldest cafe in Morocco and Africa that opened in 1921 since its first inception. Although its current supervisor chose to build a new cafe and restaurant next to it, he decided to preserve the old "edge" character.
