GoolRC Motor 3670 2850kv track bash w/the ARRMA TYPHON

Testing out my new Gool RC motor.
-GoolRC 3660 2850kv motor
-Stock gearing (I think)
-2s
Pros:
-Inexpensive
-Good torque
-Handles 1/10 scale 4x4 rcs
Cons:
-Motor screws eventually backed out (did have threadlocker on them)
-Heavy (may not be suitable for rear motor 1/10 2wd)
Final Thoughts:
Even though the screws backed out, the motor kept going, i was impressed. I purchased a 2nd one before that happened. I will probably use gorilla glue to hold them in place when that motor gets used.

Hey did you end up stripping out the mega gears? I just bought a 3300 kv 3660 goolrc motor esc combo as well as a 17t pinion, think this on 3s will fry the mega gears?

No. I swapped out the 48p gears for the 32p blx gears. Give it a shot. Spur gears are cheap 😆

Nope. Purchased the blx slipper w/spur. Then ordered the blx motor mount. Along w/the 32p pinion. 👍
