Hey man idk if you're still looking but arisaka makes a surefire tailcap adapter for the streamlight 1&2 as well as one for the HLX so you can use all of surefire and other companies switches on em.

I know it's not really made as a WML, but I've got a SL 1L-1AA for free. For in home use, 150 lumens powered by an alkaline AA battery will do for now.
@CarlPapa88 Nice. Yea indoors 150 lumens is going to be plenty. Back in the day everyone had those mag lights with the twist head that head like 20 lumen? And we all thought those were amazing.
Hey bro I have a question, would you be able to tell me if the mounting system is the same on the HLX and the long gun 2 ? Because I know you can take off the picatiny mounts that are on it and put after market mounts that mount directly to the light but are they the same once you take them off ? Reason why I’m asking is because I have a monstrum tactical mlok mount that says it works with the hlx but it doesn’t say if it works on long gun 2

Arisaka makes tailcaps that interface with surefire tape switches. Of course adisaka makes the best damn lights period but pricey

Currently running the Rail Mount 2. Only change was getting the Arisaka Defense tail cap to run a Surefire remote switch.

@KevShots713 yes they have the same footprint. I have a magpul polymer extended mount and all 3 models match it.
