You know in my opinion this is what separates you from most realtor sites. You speak about new developments at least once per year. I don’t know if I’d live in Raleigh but I enjoy visiting more and more. Only about 45 minute flight from NYC. I’m thinking of having a family reunion in Raleigh. I go to Burlington but I dislike the hour drive
I really appreciate your videos on keeping us in the loop of not just home buying but the happenings in the Triangle. When I moved to the area I definitely referenced your videos often. If we move again within the area, we will definitely work with your business☺️
I work in healthcare. Love Cary/Apex/Holly Springs area but having second thoughts, not sure what to do now? Do potential clients have concerns about the following & any updates appreciated: SuperFund sites in Wake County? Water coming from Cape Fear River with history of high PFAS/ forever chemicals? The Southwake landfill smell in Holly Springs? Progress? Does this hurt property values? Harris Nuclear Plant near Apex in New Hill?
Duck pin bowling was popular in the Philippines. Same rules and scorings as regular bowling (I think) but with a smaller ball that you palm with your hand and roll down the lane to hit smaller pins.
Raleigh is pretty vanilla for my taste. There are more vibrant cities with more opportunities. We're headed towards a Recession...good luck to all these new businesses.
6:38 ...... $8 for bread and butter, holy crap. I'm in San Diego CA and that's expensive. Looking to move back to Raleigh because of family but JEEZ. seems my cost of living won't change at all :(
Rhetorical question but anything going on in the area that's not food/eating or shopping related? There's no entertainment for kids or adults in RDU area. Great, another Target but what about the shoppig experience in the malls (not that im a mall shopper, but just saying). I could be wrong.
Agree with you. Besides department stores and food/drink places feels like there’s nothing else. I miss going to museums and enjoying good architecture. Sadly the art collection in the Raleigh Museum is not great. 😢
Compared to NYC, how bad is the traffic in Raleigh? I keep hearing people complain about traffic but I don't think people know what real traffic like NYC traffic is. I hate how crowded NYC is and want to move to Raleigh in the next few years
Born and raised in south Florida so I know a few things about heavy traffic. The worst part about the traffic in Raleigh is the distance isn’t far but the streets are really congested and they’re only 2-3 lanes in most areas. Places get stuck because it’s 1 intersection dictating a bunch of traffic. The county has grown tremendously but the improvements in roadways since the population boom has been abysmal. My morning commute takes 20-23 mins and my return commute can be 25-35 mins. People get frustrated by the inconsistent commute times. Most people from big cities are used to 30 min commutes and stop n go traffic so if that’s not a stress for you then don’t let it bother you. During weekdays, the only bad traffic is during rush hour times. The weekends and all other times are no stress whatsoever for traffic.
@@stephenfasul5100 my commute right now is 1 hour from Brooklyn to Manhattan (10 miles). Then it takes about 15-30 minutes to find parking. I'm so sick of the traffic and parking. Anything under 30 minutes would be a dream come true for me.
Lol duckpin bowling...definitely not a hip or young thing. It used to be really popular in Maryland back in the 80's and early 90's. It's basically bowling using smaller balls you can fit in the palm of your hand. I'm kind of surprised that no one's really heard of it around here and/or it's becoming a "thing" again.
So many million-dollar homes - are there really that many people who can afford that?! And if so, who? Like, what do they do for a living? I need to rethink my career....
Not any more this place is a disaster zone now do to Hurricane Helen 😢 🙏🇺🇲💖hope you are mostly ok I have a UA-cam guy I watched for 14 years and he is on twitch ...he is known by the name Guude bolderfist he started out doing Minecraft..I hope he and his family are ok 🙏💖✌🇺🇲

I love living in Raleigh

Thanks for watching. We try to talk about new developments every few months
Fantastic video as always guys! Love to hear about new things happening in the area

As a NYC resident I don't like that so many NYC residents seem to be moving to NC. Short term boon long term the area and the culture will suffer.
Say goodbye to all those beautiful trees in Apex.
That's the saddest part :(
I love all of your videos!! You always keep us up to date on new growth in the Triangle!
We appreciate you watching!
RDU keeps stressing me out smh!! All these non stop international flights, random airlines but barely any non stop DOMESTIC flights.
Oh no - I loved the round hotel. OK the food wasn't that good but it was fun sitting on the top floor restaurant looking out.
Yep, it’s sad. Hopefully the Kimpton is also nice
Great information! Thanks for all the restaurant updates around Raleigh!
Absolutely! Thanks for watching
thank you, very very informative!
Thanks for watching!!
This was an excellent video. Thank you very much.
Thank you !!
Ugh
Homes will just stay ridiculously over priced make it more difficult for locals to grow to bigger homes!
Thanks for the video, we are looking for the same from long time

New Subscriber🎉😊 I was hoping for news about the Crabtree Valley Mall area. Anything on the horizon? Thanks for staying on top of Raleigh’s growth. 👍
There has been a lot of talk, but nothing confirmed. We will definitely give an update if we hear something
I love this kind of video
I'm not sure that a giant strip mall is an improvement to a downtown.
RDU is still not equipped to handle all the passenger traffic.
About Time DD ☕ 😍

Where will the workers, needed to staff all these restaurants and retail stores, live?
Anything coming to Knightdale?
wow cool when do we get a in n out
Hopefully soon!
Who has the money to spend at any of these places?
The people buying these homes starting off at 3 million 🤣
@@iambrandonpoo you're an id!ot
We are coming to Raleigh from the Caribbean, what’s the area that comprehends North Hills?

I don't see how anyone could wrong no matter where they buy. What a boom town
Love it
When will we ever get an IKEA?!

Traffic in the Raleigh area is very light compared to NYC

@@FutureDoctait doesn't compare to your drive even at it's worst in Raleigh
Unless it's a major accident: Traffic in Raleigh last about 3-5 minutes and you're on your way.
You want to move in and many of the local wants to move out. Prices super high, crime and traffic as well.
Crap I really thought that O2 in WF was going to be a Costco
In my opinion, the area is not living up to the hype. I have been in west Cary for two years and I am looking to move.
Interesting. What is it you don’t love about Cary? Where are you looking to move away to?
Rus-Criss??

You did butcher the name “Ta-maa-shaa” by calling it Ta-me-shaa. Tamasha means performative show in Hindi. FYI - for future reference in your videos.
Thank you!! Very helpful

Mostly entrepreneurs and business owners. A lot are moving from out of state.
Great news! Hopefully in a decade or so Raleigh will look like San Francisco and the entire triangle area just like LA metro area.
