Just wanted to say I appreciate your videos. I moved here to North Hills back in June from Los Angeles and getting to know the Triangle was through watching your videos!
i live in north raleigh near wake forest and i love hearing about the new developments from you! i just wish there was more of an emphasis on locally owned, independent stores instead of chains. oh well
Hoping you all are OK in North Carolina. I have been planning on moving to the area but a little nervous about weather patterns- so much worse than anything expected.
Nothing to worry about, Wake Forest is 2 hours inland and 4 hours to the mountains. We have been here 9 years and have had no weather issue other that I can wear shorts 365 days a year. Even in February it will be in the 50's, so don't worry about it. We love it here, it's a great place to live.
Do your homework to get in/out of downtown raleigh to/from WF during busy times of the day. I’d recommend Holly Springs/Apex/Cary as alternatives. New southern leg of 540 just opened up, airport is closer, colleges easier to access, plenty of shopping (two Costco’s), food and sportsplexes.
@@WonderWanderUSACary is a bit more - yes, but Apex and Holly Springs are on par cost-wise. Are you planning to move to the area? We have been here for 8yrs, can give you insights.
We're planning to move to wake forest on summer 2025. We are interested in new construction at Meadow at Jones Dairy, specifically the King Designer Home. My question is, if we avail now, can we choose a move in date? Like for example we want to move in in July 2025. Do we have to start the mortgage payment now? Thank you and more power. I will contact your team in the near future about this.
You will need to initiate the mortgage but you won’t pay on it until it closes. You can time it so that the house is complete by the time you want to be moved in, which is essentially how you could choose a move in date! Give us a call or text anytime and we would love to guide you through the process. 919-964-0474
@@WonderWanderUSA They already have a Wegmans. They lack a Whole Foods, which I need in order to move there. The one on Six Forks Road isn’t close enough when they could just have one, lol.
I know there is already a Wegmans there but I think Wegmans is better. Their produce is very nice and the prices at Wegmans are much less expensive. Not as much obscure stuff at Wegmans though.
@@WonderWanderUSA I knew you knew it. The point was if I cared about Wegmans I wouldn’t have brought up Whole Foods. Whole Foods is the draw for me, which forces me to stay closer to Cary or in Raleigh.

The same here 😢. We are moving in October and I am so scared now to move to NC after the hurricane.

I heard Costco is also coming.
I saw the potential map of the Costco location. It should be next to Lowe's if it comes .
They might as well re-name Wake Forest to condo/ apartment central. That's most the homes sold.
What are your thoughts on franklinton?
👍 👍 💯

Those areas seem to be more expensive compared to Wake Forest
They are about the same.

@@lets3627I live in the area but out in Johnston County since it’s much less expensive.

Whether or not Wake Forest gets a COSTCO, hopefully they get a Whole Foods.

Trader Joe's please
Starbucksises? 😂
Wake forest is getting way over populated. Stop telling people to move here ! It's destroying the charm of the town .
