This song didn't click until I saw it live. Its unique in all of Tool's catalogue for HOW it is delivered, with all 4 of them sitting together with stringed instruments playing together.
Okay I'm going to say first off. Seeing this in person and the Majestic artistic display that these four geniuses put on was a fucking masterpiece. The use of confetti fluttering to the floor as the four of them huddled around each other playing instruments while Maynard sang was something I'll never forget. Lady you definitely need to see this band Live
The Tool journey is like no other! This song is everything you want from sonic and lyrical wizardry. I saw them do the first live performance of this song earlier this year in Sacramento. Danny, Adam, Justin sat at the front of the stage and played all the strings while Maynard blessed us with his golden voice. Simply the best experience of my live seeing them live. 59 years old and Tool has been my favorite band from the first listen in 1992. Great reaction, I love your passion for the magic of Tool.
Best Tool song ever !! wait ..... , aren't they all ? btw. this beautiful strings part is played by Adam, then comes bass from Justin and then comes third guitar from Danny, that's so awesome !!
Even Danny plays the guitar in the opening of this live was amazing to see. It was prob Adam laying the tracks on the album Danny is just needed to pull it off live ( I've seen tool over a dozen times never saw Danny leave his kit till this past tour)
There is a live preferments on UA-cam of this song when they debuted it the end of 2022 I seen it performed in Philadelphia. Great performance their concerts don’t disappoint.
"Ænima" off their album Ænima is prolly my most favorite song un my 44yrs on thus Earth and quite beautifully chaotic in the most melodic ways, and "Eulogy" is a fantastic track
One of my favorites, just the tooth to the guitar tones in the intense bits in the latter half are absolutely labyrinthine if experienced on shrooms and even completely sober it gives me odd body sensations (floating and tingles). Anyway, I think you would really like SWANS, you should react to Kirsten Supine for a light taste of what they're capable of 🫠
This one of my top 5 songs. Criminaly underrated. Maybe unintended but to me I always associated this song dealing with tragedy and trauma. Don't know why.

It's amazing live isn't it ! The presentation. Saw it in Grand Rapids. Shit my pants when they went into Sober.
It was amazing live and one of the standout songs that tour
I understand what you are all saying, I actually loved it the first time I heard it on the album. When that simple but awesome riff kicks in!!!!!!!
Sky, their entire DISCOGRAPHY is my playlist. LoL. ✌️
When they played this live, Danny actually played the guitar for some parts of it
Definitely one of their more underrated songs. I think it’s brilliant.
An older Tool song you haven't reacted to yet from Aenima, with an interesting trippy intro section, is "Eulogy". One of my favorites.

I still have a couple pieces of the confetti from the first performance in Sacramento. Just an unbelievable experience!
@@bubbasboyngirl nice! I actually gathered like 20 pcs which 3 of them fit the puzzle.

You are missing much. Loved this one first time I heard.
Just like you, something always to come back to.
You're fairly new here. You have a lot of catching up to do and even more bands to discover..good luck!!!
Imminence is one I recommend
Since you're enjoying Tool how about checking out the obscure song they did with The Melvins called "Divorced"? Nice videos btw

The album UNDERTOW is their first album and arguably their best. ✌️
I have one coming soon off of Undertow!!
The first I ever heard from them, and for that it will always hold a special place in my heart but their best? No!!
See them live I promise you will not be disappointed
Then Justin right behind maynard
Tool goes way better with 🍄 than weed
Cull ing voices look culling or kulling up
Pushit
Hey beautiful.
Sorry but wrong again. you had them mixed up. the guitar has the high l notes/ Bass plays the lower notes.
Pushit please
I’m going to be real. Tool is my all-time favorite band. I’ve been listening since ‘93. This is their weakest song.
Obviously just one's opinion.
