For me this brings up this issue in people of our internal voices undermining our true voice. Anger, jealousy, paranoia, and self loathing all speak in our minds robbing us of our pure intentions. And when these are not incorporated / understood and culled... they are projected on the people around us.
They did it in St. Paul too. Was a really cool experience. Felt like I was floating through space. Danny also did a totally different rendition of Chocolate Chip Trip that faded off as an intro into Culling Voices. The highlight of the show, IMO.
It was. My fiancé loved it a lot. When we went to the Atlanta show a couple months later she was hopeful they would perform culling voices again after chocolate chip trip but they played Flood. Which we both were pleasantly surprised by.
Even the dog loved it! Tool has so many good songs. I like H, The Patient, Eulogy, The Grudge, Pushit (Salival live version), their cover of No Quarter by Led Zep among others.
When the do this one live they all start sitting in a circle including Danny. Danny plays acoustic guitar, while Adam and Justin play their usual instruments. Then Danny goes back to the kit to bring the thunder for the big heavy section. I agree that Maynard says a lot with very few words in this song.
As I'm listening to A Perfect Circle almost constantly at the moment, I'm very curious to hear your reactions. The Noose, Get the Lead Out and of course Judith are currently on heavy rotation for me
I’ve listened to TOOL’s album called Fear Inoculum released in 2019 when i was 17 and I❤️it but Mat and Chels React congratulations you guys for upload a video of listening to TOOL’s song called Culling Voices from the album called Fear Inoculum released in 2019 and I’ve listened to metal and rock music a lot you guys and I❤️it I❤️you Mat and Chels React and my name is Steven Blyth-Hooper and I’m from Southampton, England ❤️you Mat and Chels React you guys are fucking awesome❤️🤘👍😉
Tool formed in 1990, so that's how long Maynard has been around. Also, Lateralus, the album which Schism is from came out in 2001, so you couldn't have seen Schism video in 90's, since it hadn't came out yet. You weren't far off and it's understandable the confusion.
The underrated gem of Fear Inoculum! If you haven't yet, check out Tool's cover of Led Zep's No Quarter... hot tip, listen to the original first for context! 🤘🔥
Possibly with flood tools most underrated song. This resonated with me so much when i first heard this song the day the album dropped i actually shed a tear.... Dont you dare point that at me, i think we can all relate to that.
I have watched an unhealthy amount of animal videos and not once has any of my dogs reacted to the animal sounds coming from my speakers , to give you an ideal of how long my dogs have been with me , my pittie is 12 , my border collie/pittie is 5 and fyi his name is Pneuma , lol , and my Anatolian Shepherd is about 14 months. I do not know what your dog said but when he started barking it sent all three of my dogs into a frenzy , scared the shit out of me
Hi to both of you lovely people! just wanted to ask, if you could react to the 2 new vended songs, The Far Side and Nihilism, since you loved the more recent ones too! Keep Rockin!🤟
YOUR KILLING ME WHEN SHE SAID WERE GOING OUT SOFT AND YOU LOOKED AT HER AND SAID YA THATS USUALLY HOW IT WORKS AND IM SORRY BUT MY MIND WENT THERE GREAT REACTION
..? Schizm? Is your first Tool track? Damn I'm old, that's like knowing RATM but never hearing Know Your Enemy... On A Cassette Tape!... Go check out 4° by Tool please...
I would love you guys to react to The used Hollywood undead Sirenia, voices within in particular, you will get goosebumps And Kamelot I have many more suggestions. But I'll keep them for later. 😊.
I always saw this song as addressing the SA allegations against him "Judge, condemn, and banish any and everyone without evidence". Danny plays guitar for the intro of this song when they perform it live too. As for the Sessanta tour, I'm pretty sure Maynard isn't doing two full sets every night. I think all three bands are on stage for the whole show and they alternate playing songs.
Could also describe someone with mental health issues paranoia schizophrenia personality disorders. Very clever song. Typical maynard you take your own inspiration. Just as im writing this you guys start talking about it
And add to the work load, he’s a wine farmer, at home in AZ. So he’s growing grapes and spending time with his family.

Danny has also hinted at new music. Adding he'd be excited to return to some of that Undertow sound.
This with the confetti falling from above in Knoxville was such a moment!!
They did it in St. Paul too. Was a really cool experience. Felt like I was floating through space. Danny also did a totally different rendition of Chocolate Chip Trip that faded off as an intro into Culling Voices. The highlight of the show, IMO.
@@dealerjim that Chocolate Chip Trip is other worldly, I still think Danny is an alien lol

Louisville too! Remember that moment like it was yesterday! Such an epic show 🔥
They did it in Charlotte a few nights before to
The way you pronounce, "Puscifer" is amazing! Never say it any other way!
@9:13 “just a lot of buildup” she looks annoyed like” yeah, just like someone else I know”
I really hope you two get to react to "Descending" soon from this album.
This song is rapidly becoming one of my faves its beautiful AND hard!!!❤❤❤
Even the dog loved it! Tool has so many good songs. I like H, The Patient, Eulogy, The Grudge, Pushit (Salival live version), their cover of No Quarter by Led Zep among others.
I'm so excited to see your reaction to Tool - Descending
This song makes friends with you, picks you up, and slams you against a wall before asking if you’re alright. Then leaves.

Schism was on Lateralus, 2001.
close enough for someone who didn't actually listen to TOOL for the next 20+ years. XD
As I'm listening to A Perfect Circle almost constantly at the moment, I'm very curious to hear your reactions. The Noose, Get the Lead Out and of course Judith are currently on heavy rotation for me
Orestes, Thinking of you, Vanishing are all timers as well for me with APC, Puscifer is always a great listen too.

YOUR KILLING ME WHEN SHE SAID WERE GOING OUT SOFT AND YOU LOOKED AT HER AND SAID YA THATS USUALLY HOW IT WORKS AND IM SORRY BUT MY MIND WENT THERE GREAT REACTION
Did you notice the logo says Tool if you flip it around. I just saw that.
If you fold it in half it's also a syringe
..? Schizm? Is your first Tool track? Damn I'm old, that's like knowing RATM but never hearing Know Your Enemy... On A Cassette Tape!... Go check out 4° by Tool please...

Sirenia, voices within in particular, you will get goosebumps
And Kamelot
I have many more suggestions. But I'll keep them for later. 😊.
It’s a Maynard thing.

The only reason I haven't requested anything by Tool during your live streams is because you have a time restriction haha!
Don’t worry, there’s more coming!
I want to watch Mat listen to Razorblade Romance again. Please.
That’s one of my all time favorite albums. ❤️
Good song but weird choice.
