I love to knit and so of course love yarn. That would have been really cool if they gave you a tour of how they turn sheeps wool into the finished product. Now I have to search UA-cam for that type of video. lol.

That would have been wonderful to see. Unfortunately, this was also at the end of the pandemic so I never really saw anyone to even talk to about getting inside. That would have been wonderful; though.

1976 was my Senior Year in Highschool. It also was the year they decided that girls had to ask boys to the Prom. Now, I was not ugly (in fact apparently the nickname the guys had for me was "Daisy Duke" because I usually wore halter tops and levi cutoffs to school) Anyway, I asked 7 guys to the prom and the last one was a college age guy at my work and he said yes. Until, the night before he bowed out. I couldn't figure out why even the guys I dated said no until I saw "Carrie" which came out in 1976. In 4th grade while playing a game on the playground called "Light as a feather and as heavy as a log" where several kids would lift you up with only two fingers of each hand and while chanting that, each person would slowly remove their hands until a few or no one was holding you. Well, usually everyone would fall when it got down to two to three kids holding you. I didn't fall, and no one was holding me - in other words I was levitating right there on the playground. I stayed like that until one of the girls screamed and it jolted me from my trance and I fell. Needless to say that information followed me the rest of my childhood and I was bullied for it and the fact I was also weird. (Thankfully I was not bullied in highschool) So I will always remember the movie "Carrie" that hit too close to home and played an integral part in me never going to a Prom. And no I don't have any of those powers....I don't think so anyway.
