Redisher Wood & Two Brooks Valley Bury - West Pennine Way Circular Walks, with a bit of history.

This is a set of three walks, 1 circular in Redisher Wood and 2 circulars in the Two Brooks Valley, Hawkshaw, Holcombe Brook, Bury. Parts of the walks follow the West Pennine trail, the trail was created by hikers from Greenmount and opened in 2017 and is a 48 mile circular walk.
Also a look a Hollymount, The Orchard, and Old Kays Park with a bit of history.

I may have touched on bits of this walk possibly, but it certainly looks a lovely area that is largely new to me. Lovely music.

Hi Michael, I've been back to Redisher Woods a few more times since making this video, it's good to continue on to Holcombe Moor, a nice walk for the summer without the mud. Thanks for your support, glad you enjoyed the music, back at the piano after a break.

my previous comments went missing!, so a bit late with these comments. I don't think I have walked in this area, so it's nice to see other picturesque places. You cover quite a bit of land in your film, but most enjoyable to follow. At least good foot trail paths except for the muddy bits. (I would have had vertigo in some narrow parts.) Love the piano arpeggios .

Hi Shanita, I did cheat a bit, walking over a few days. Very nearly went flying on some sheet ice at the farm. Just playing with the GoPro, like the wide angle screen and slow motion.

We went around here yesterday but got a bit stuck when the footpath was closed. A man from a nearby cottage shouted at us saying we couldn't go further. We still had a good walk and also cut across to Affetside

Hi, glad you enjoyed the video, can't believe I hadn't heard of Redisher woods until this year and I have lived near here for over 20 years. Looking forward to revisiting in the summer.
