You don't even need this strategy if you get to him with 6hp... I beat him with 4 HP and the super that makes you intangible.

Bosses number 2, 3, 4, 7 and 8 were easy for me. 9 is easy too but it is annoying because it takes so long.
I had the luck to get 3 extra health points by beating three easy bosses. And with 6 health points your tactic with always running from one side of the screen to the other and hiding behind his hand worked perfect for me against King Dice. And while running from one side to the other I attacked him with chaser. Took a little longer but it worked.
I had 6 health points to just beat him today I got the game this year and man the challenges it has great
i know this is like 1 year later but 4, 6, 8 and 9 is easy for me but 3 and 4 is some-what difficult for me xd.
I try to avoid 1,4,5,8,9
i try to avoid 2, 5, 6, 7, and 9
i have no idea how to do 5 or 7 without smoke bomb
and by the time i get to the end fight with king dice i either have 2 or 1 health at the MAX and always die
i only aim for 1, 4, 7 and beg that i will get 3 after beating 1, 4, 7

@@fernandomoraga5683 I have played it before (my brother gave me his switch with the game) once I was playing the first run n gun, I kept dying and dying so I stopped playing it because I thought I would never play the game correctly (I was a rage quitter back then so I basically missed out 3 years of the game) Until I heard about it again and started playing it on his switch again. (I beat the game though. Also sorry if it doesn't make sense.)
With this strategy I used invisibility for when he changes to my opposite side so I don't get hurt

I beat king dice yesterday with your technique!
Save up a super, before he moves his hand to the side to summon the cards perform the super. He'll get stuck in his animation and no cards will be animated. He'll be stuck for easy killing. This works in 2020.

The way to do it. As he is using his card attack use your special 5 and if he does the attack on the same side then you’ve done the glitch

It glitched our for me and he was doing the card motion with his hands but no cards were coming out so I just beat him lmao

something similar happened to me, he moved his hands one time and i got hit by the cards and then when i went to hide behind his hand he reverted back to the animation where he’s waiting on you to hit the dice and just stood there so i got the win

you can't dash behind his arm, you might as well just have a heart charm, go for the cigarette (the 3rd one and in front of 2), for your 1st boss because, the hitbox for his arm is bigger than the length of your smoke bomb
To roll a 1 simply parry the dice while in his hands

Its random most of the time it starts on but sometimes it starts on 3 and when he smacks the dice if you wait a second you can hit a 2

Me and my friend found a strat on 2 player where on the actual battle player 2 would be removed then added back in but also whenever player 2 is added back in player 1 would die so player 2 can parry and we would be safe from car damage
Here's a hard way to get 100% luck.
Watch his eyes, Where they land before he lands the hand, Go behind the hand quickly. I have not played Cuphead, I just payed nice attention

Im going f***ing insane. Getting to the final phase with 5 health only to be hit every single time i try to get behind one of the gloves where the cards come in. I get hit every. single. time. I have smoke dash. i jump up and dodge behind the glove. what am I doing wrong?

I dont know why but in the resusts screen the players have yellow gloves yet everywhere else the gloves are white
The yellow / white gloves is not an oversight, it is actually a reference to how old Mickey Mouse had sometimes white and sometimes yellow gloves at times.
