1-1/3lb breakfast sausage
1 bag hash browns
Cheese
Diced up veggies of choice. I used green pepper onion and jalapeño

Great job! I mix all of the ingredients together in a big bowl and use a ice-cream scoop to fill the burritos and 5hen place it on burner for a few minutes to melt cheese. Thank you for all of the great ideas!

I like to spread the browned sausage out and pour the eggs over them. Gives you an even sausage to egg ratio. Have you ever put the burritos on the griddle after you wrapped them ?

I got 10 out of this but it all depends on how big the tortillas are and how much you fill it.
