Why would the next cour need to be delayed just for your own personal examination of the storyboarding? I’d gladly take more episodes this upcoming season.
Because I want to! And it gives the production team themselves some more breathing room which is always a positive. Doesn't matter what actually happens though it's not like I have any sway on when anime releases lol I'll watch it whenever.
