Check the link in the description. If you flip it there's an easier way to manage it. Unfortunately I did not recognize this trick until after uploading 😅
@@MrRobertC i bought the zyber load reducing head strap for quest 3 and it works so well. more comfortable and easy to adjust
first tell the dummies how to remove the head strap that came with the Quest 3. I had to stop and read and look up elsewhere. thanks!

It would have been helpful to show us how you got the Quest ready.
It's extremely simple. Undo the top strap velcro and unthread it from the loop on the top of the HMD. Then you just twist the side straps that connect to the side of the headset until they pop off. Easy peasy.
