Another Jay!! I really appreciate you saying that! We worked hard to get all this testing done and the video out still within a week of receiving so I really appreciate hearing that!
I got my S3 strap a few days ago, and they now have cable management at the spot you mentioned (not sure when they added that). It's really comfortable to wear, and it doesn’t make your face hurt like the standard strap from Meta. The cushions are super soft, and the battery is truly a blessing from heaven!

Credit to you for waiting and doing it proper justice and providing key information and answering all the questions existing M3 owners have. Brilliant ;o) I ordered day one and eagerly waiting esp as Ive already moved on my M3 Pro.. Doh! Great stuff man good to see a proper review of this S3 Pro !
I'm so glad this headset meets and exceeds expectations. Solid review as usual and you are exclusively responsible for me purchasing this blindly so I appreciate the input. Mine should be here any day
@@jaybratt yeah I'm stoked man I'm checking the tracking more often than I care to admit. Just got some controller covers and a new facial interface as well as a gun stock on the way. Head strap is all that's missing. All this in my first week of VR lol
@@alihanhaydar8369 The one I got came in an Amazon bundle with the controller covers and outer silicone wrap. While I'm pleased with those parts the facial interface cover is flimsy and doesn't fit nearly as clean as Jay's. He even mentioned how his is custom so maybe that's the way to go. With that said however, it may not be as fitting as I would like but the feeling of silicone with an almost cold feeling the first time you put it on is significantly more comfortable to the skin than the stock piece. That much I can say with confidence. I'm sorry if this doesn't help but as I've mentioned, I've only just started my VR journey a week ago and I'm still bumbling my way through it. That's what led me to Jay in the first place
Just got it yesterday and love the packaging! It took about 2.5 weeks to get here from China, but worth the wait. Followed your video to ensure I didn't break it and man... its as comfortable as heck. I previously had the elite strap and recently was sent a replacement from meta due to intemittant charging issues with the original. But happily gifting to a neighbor as I'm not going back. This is smooth. The fan is a huge bonus. The cool on the forehead helps alot as the Q3 does put out a lot of heat after a few hours. I work from home as a developer, so I've been in the headset almost all day teathered to a power cord.
Just coming back to say thanks! I preordered this after your review and am so happy with this. I am very sensitive at the back of my head and if this starts to get to me it is so easy to slightly adjust! Such nice quality and easy to get it just right. As an aside, I didn't expect to ever use the fan since I don't use this for work-outs but every so often it is so nice to switch on if I start to feel a little over-heated. I also bought for comfort and really didn't need that extra battery since I don't play that long but every so often I mess up my timing on charging and it's nice to be able to plug it in if the main battery starts to get low.
I got my new Bobo S3 two days ago and am very happy with it, way better and far more comfortable for me being a bald man, than any other Headstrap I have tried. I can now play Beat Sabre for two hours and don't even notice I have the headset on, my first original Bobo was good but no where near as good as the S3, I haven't even tried the fan system as yet as I replaced the face shield with the best and most comfortable one on the market at the same time and it has vents that work. I also don't have to keep adjusting the headset to lift the front to eye level as the original Bobo would let the headset slip down to the point it would go out of focus, the new one doesn't do this. Everyone says to use the Silky cushion, but to be honest, I will probably wait till the default one wears out as it's more than comfortable and if the SIlky one is even better, I then look forward to when I need to use it :). I will be ordering another battery as I always like to have a spare, but this new battery from Bobo is more than twice as good as their 5000MAH version as after playing Beat sabre for close to two hours, I would have had a flat 5000MAH battery and onto the Q3 battery, now I have a fully charged Q3 and many hours left to go, one battery is probably all I need, but I have grand chilodren that come over and play and they may forget to put the battery back on charge after use ? I would highly recommend this new S3 to anyone that is Hair disabled :)
As a fellow hair disabled thanks good to hear. I just bought mine, but I am a bit concerned about fast movement, like jump scare movement. Is it stable for that?
@@allmight8127 I haven't found any issues even after playing Beat Sabre for an hour. I found the controllers were more of a problem with slipping after getting sweaty and so I make sure I use the strap around my wrist, I bought some cool controller covers with a strap that goes around the hand but the original wrist strap still needs to be used as I had a couple premature ejections and my controllers went across the room as I didn't realise that the controller wrist strap was still necessary, the controller just flew straight out of the Silicon cover, head set as long as you don't run into walls to much stays where you put it :)
I just got mine, you didn’t think it was too heavy. Reminded me of going from an OpsCore to a regular Army helmet. It does keep it solid on my head though. My forehead drips with sweat when I play. Pleather always feels gross to me, but least it doesn’t soak it up.
thanks for an actual review, jay. people who i've seen got an s3 just posted a super low effort "review." i get it to capitalize. the youtube game be dog-eat-dog out here lol but i'm glad you have integrity and took the time to put out an actual review. 👍
Dystopia it really means a lot to hear that! It was a tough call to spend multiple days on this as it meant getting a review out later than others but at this point so many of you believe in me that even if we put a video out later it seems you want to hear my take and it still performs really well so I focus on the in depth real review rather than racing to be the first out. Your comment just really validates our efforts and makes me feel really good! Thank you!!
@@jaybratt of course, man! probably one of the best VR channels out there. you convinced me to get the M2. only negative i have to say about the review is that you're making me have to dish out more money for yet another headstrap. 😂
Exactly! couldn't agree more... 1 reviewer of the other rushed out vids didn't even know anything about the new battery size or capability. Didn't answer any of the key questions ppl had either.. Great to see Jay doing a professional job
Have been literally waiting for this review to pull the trigger on this thing. Thank you for the in-depth test. Your reviews of accessories are absolutely top-notch! Not sure if I missed this in the video, but: no battery buzzing sound, right?
The 1 thing I’m curious about which actually surprises me you didn’t touch on is, does it fit into the BOBOVR C2 case? I’m interested in getting the case but only if it fits the S3, which I ordered the moment I saw your announcement video on. Thanks Jay this has been the most comprehensive review on the s3 so far, it’s good to see it reviewed by someone who is actually aware of all its features! ❤️
Hey Jay, Is it possible to charge both the battery and the Meta Quest 3 simultaneously when the battery is mounted on the S3 Pro head strap and does the Link cable still work plugged into the battery?
Ayyyyy!! Bobo does listen to us we've seen which is great. They actually recalled one product after I had an issue with it. Sad it had the issue but great to see they listen!
Stellar Video and Information and Testing... You pretty much covered everything and only makes me want my strap to arrive sooner! Honestly I don't know if anyone else needs to review the strap after watching this! Keep up the great work and always much love and appreciation for the Cat Ears Shout Out and Inclusion in just about every video and signature look! Awesome!
Mine is en route and can't wait. One question that I had which wasn't answered by your review: does it support pass-through charging with the Meta dock? That's one thing I like about the Meta elite battery strap. I'm assuming this isn't supported, but was wondering if BoboVR has figured it out. I don't even care if it's slow charging.
Good question and I was so focused on this strap I hadn't tested so I JUST DID: Battery showed 87% and Quest 3 was near a full charge. I turned on the head strap and dropped the whole thing on the Meta dock. The dock charged the headset itself and got green lights on both. The battery detected this and shut down. Still shows 87% even a while later so I'm concluding the dock is only charging the headset and not the battery :(
@@jaybratt Appreciate the quick reply & confirmation. Hoping the charging dock is available soon as that was my only concern to upgrading from the M3 Pro. Ultimately ended up ordering the S3 Pro & glad I did after seeing your review. Thanks for the top shelf content.
@@jaybratt thanks for testing this so quickly. I figured it would be the case. Will be getting the B100 charging dock and extra battery when it’s available.
I have a couple of questions 1. Does the Bobo S3 Pro charge with the Q3 Charging dock? 2. Do you get 3hrs total play time or 3hrs plus the Q3 battery time?
The hinge on the BOBO and some other halo headsets is what makes them so comfortable compared to the fixed halo of the PSVR2. I usually wear the back half quite high on my head, I have no hair so it just grips just fine up there, and I find it way more comfortable that way than having it touching my neck area at all.
This is the best recommendation ever. We got 2 S3 straps and everyone loves them. It's night and day for comfort compared to the original strap. With the doc and an extra battery you can keep gaming to your heart's content. Although our battery do not keep the headset quite at a 100%. They drop down, very slowly, like 3 to 5% for each almost depleted BoBo battery which is fine anyway. Thanks again for doing the leg work on this!
@@jaybratt yeah I'll definitely be picking up a 2nd battery and the super charger too...hopefully from Amazon using some vouchers I have and much quicker delivery! As ordered the S3 Pro on the 24th Jan and delivery estimated between 2nd - 12th Feb
@@ninabacardzhieva579 do you mean the Bobo S3? If so, it's still going strong. It's permanently attached to the Q3 and I have 2 batteries that I rotate so always have power. Highly recommend them.
Same!! Can't wait for a second battery and the dock as I loved the dock style on the M3. I look forward to hearing how you like your strap when it arrives!
@@jaybratt I was also thinking about a case for PS VR2, I think Quest 3 with S3 Pro would fit. This case is quite high too. I'll check it when the strap arrives.
I'm so happy that I waited with buying my first headstrap. Altough I was very worried that this strap wasn't going to live up to expectations, but my god what a relief so see this video. Thanks for the in depth review!
Not sure if I should get it or not. Always only used the elite straps and like how close to the lenses you can get. With the S3 pro can you actually get it as close to the lessness as wit the elite strap? Im kind fed up with those straps and issues they keep having
You can get it in really close to your eyes, at least with my head shape. The only thing it's lacking is elite straps are always squeezing so you sometimes get a little more FOV but more important for FOV is a shorter interface which I'm testing a couple atm.
Thanks, I really appreciate your help, the only reviewer who actually gives you all the tiny little details in order to make an informed decision :D I think I might pull the trigger and swap elite for S3 pro especially with that 10000mah battery and hot swappable replacements@@jaybratt
I'm very happy with it, the stock strap is literally unusable once you try this. Sometimes you don't even feel it, especially with the fan on. I also found a way to wedge my headset on top so theres pretty much nothing I can't do now.
He mentions having to update the print in the video, and they look 3d printed. If you dont own a printer, many companies will print small files like that for $5-10
Glad to hear it holds up to and surpasses the M3 in areas. Per my tracking number it has left the country of origin and is enroute. Now to check tracking every day cause that makes it go faster!!!! Thanks for the great review as always.
I've asked Bobo about audio and so far most users are satisfied enough with the stock audio on the Quest 3 (unlike the 2) that it may not be a problem that needs solved as much. They may be working on something quietly but at least for now I don't know of anything.
@@07freshkid70 it's fitting in all of my bigger halo style cases. I've been using the old BoboVR c2 case for now that was designed for the quest 2 because it has a zipper pouch where I can store a second battery when I get one.
I agree with this review 100% Bobo VR has done a great job with the S3 Pro. If I had one gripe it would be I wish there was a USB-C pass-through for the link cable. But this thing is amazing I just got mines today. Everything clicks into place and the Meta Quest 3 has no pressure on my face because this version is a lot more robust. I know they're only taking pre-orders at the moment, the S3 Pro is worth the wait. Best comfort since PSVR/2. I boxed up my M2 Pro asap and the S3 Pro is my go to head strap. Buy this version. Also some other reviewers are reporting no button to check the battery. This is false there is a button to check the battery. It so well designed you don't see it right away but it's on the right side of the battery. The fan is amazing as well too and not that loud for my ears. Great product.
@@jaybratt Yep loving this thing. I’ll tell you this I’ll take that cool air on my forehead playing beat saber any-day over the fan hum. Which for me is hard to hear.
I got mine and works awesome headstrap is fully adjustable feels great. Did think the fan was going to be so good especially when you start to move around. Battery last long, now all I need is rechargeable batteries for controllers.
Thanks, finally a proper review!, hope the people who made the other two available review for this thing take notes. I will be waiting for the bundle on Amazon
I can’t wait for my S3 to arrive! Looking forward to the comfortable strap with the fan; but now I’m worried that they will come out with a new head strap with a fan AND audio earphones. Also hope the battery will be able to power it all and still give longer playing times

Great review! Received mine yesterday. Comfort and build quality is spot on. Although doesn't seem to ever stop charging the headset. Even with the Quest off and at 100%, it drains the Bobo battery at around 3 - 4% an hour. The green charging indicator is always on when the battery is connected.
@@LemurTech Not just me then! Possibly related to allowing the Quest 3 to wake from sleep to check for updates etc? I need to try disabling that. My controllers also drain quite badly when not in use. Strange.
@jaybratt, question... Somebody asked it below, but you didn't reply. You're saying something about battery in 11:05, and I don't understand what you meant. Is it 3h with Bobo battery, and then Q3 battery wasn't used at all? Or was it a 3h of Bobo + Q3... ?
3h of additional quest battery life. My quest maintained 99% for 3 hours while only the Bobo drained and then it died leaving me with a full quest still
And yet still no good audio solution for more demanding customers. This applies to all manufactures including Meta. How it is possible the worst IMO manufacurer of ink printers managed to offer optimal audio experience in his vr headset out of the box...
Great video Jay,! Please help me out with two answers. 1. Do I get it right that the combined battery life of Quest 3 + Bobo S3 Pro battery = 3 hours wireless gameplay? 2. I have almost the same design headstrap from a noname company. My problem is, that the rear padding made of leather slips on my hair and makes the whole headstrap move upward when I look up, so I every time have to reorganize the headstrap rear pad downwords. Did you experience such with Bobo? Or does the honeycomb thingy help this issue? Thank you!
1. The battery ADDS 3 hours in mixed reality, 3-4 in VR so that's ON TOP of the Quest 3 battery life of 1.5-3 hours 2. The honeycomb fixes it but also the fact that the strap on this new bobo locks in place helps it not slide up.
Great review. Pretty much covered any questions i had. I only got the M3 about 2 weeks ago so i'm going to stay put. It already feels like such an upgrade from the default quest strap. The battery upgrade will be something i would be interested in. Or if everyone wants to send me their M3 batteries 😂
@jaybratt, another question.. Please drop the dimensions of the strap (+ headset). I wanna put it on with my Quest 3 charger in my cabinet, and I wonder if 35cm depth inside the cabinet is enough to store it all together... (I just bought a BoboVR S3 strap, waiting for it to start shipping)
I am measuring the headset as it sits without tightening or flattening it down. Just as I took it off my head and set it down: (converted from inches to cm on google) 15.24 cm Tall, 33.02 cm Long (Front of cameras to back of strap, 22.86 cm wide at it's widest point
I have the Bobovr M3 mini strap and I would like to know how the S3 compares to it. I like the 'suction'/stability of it for active gaming but I would not complain if it would feel more comfortable. What are your opinions?
Thank you for the complete detailed review. I have already ordered one and it has shipped. Hoping BoboVR has finally got their act together (so far so good).
@@ProM.L0 I doubt it. The M2 Plus is kind of their final quest 2 strap and works great for it so I count they'll make one for the 2 also. The M3 just didn't solve all the problems for the 3
Mine is on the way, I'm curious if the battery whine is still there when plugged in? Its not horrible with the M3 but it was noticeable that there is a capacitor or something inside the battery pack that whines when on and moving power to the Q3.
@@jaybratt 😀 It said on the 6th but it hasn’t moved at all since it was measured for shipment 4 days ago. I’m pretty sure they’re making an extra special one and don’t want to rush anything.

Does this headset allow for passthrough charging? I currently charge my quest3 on a stand. With this headset would I be able to charge the battery and quest 3 simultaneously or should I charge them separately? Thanks for the great info!
Good question and I was so focused on this strap I hadn't tested so I JUST DID: Battery showed 87% and Quest 3 was near a full charge. Jay - thank you for testing this! And I noticed you had it on without the facial interface! Coming from the pro, I love having periferal vision (especially in Supernatural with kiddos running around) it appears we can still float the display, like the m2/m3 pro, is that accurate for this one?
@@jaybratt totally missed that you added that timestamp and called it out! Thats what I was seeing! Thanks so much for putting the time into these reviews Jay! (edit: you even made a nod to the pro. Thanks again!)
Was the battery test done with 120hz on and at least half brightness? I have 120hz turned off with my external anker brick, just curious. I did order mine launch day, taking forever to leave China it seams! lol
I know Bobo are likely bringing out a new storage case, but does this fit in the current C2 case & does the battery fit in the storage slot also? Thanks, patiently waiting for my S3 to be delivered
Whole strap fits great in C2 case. The battery fits in the slot but doesn't fit tight or magnet on where it won't slip so it's probably best to use the zip pouch for the battery or just leave it attached to the head strap itself.
Well I have one of these BoboVR S3 head straps on its way to me now from China to the US. So I shall see how well it works for me. Reviews of this headset look very good plus the battery is much more powerful for longer usage times with the Quest 3. Thanks for the video. Take care.
Hi, can someone explain to me why at 14:09 the battery goes down to 60% on the screen and switches off? This contrasts with your words that the battery keeps the quest 3 power level. I think it means it doesn't charge the headset while its powered off?
I do appreciate that. They rushed out a comfortable headset for us, but they obviously could have waited a little longer, and just gave us this one. Already spent way too much money to buy another one. 🤬
Thanks for the review. I just pre-ordered one. One fast question, if I am using a USB wired connection, like for Steam Link, will the battery still run the fan not being connected to the Q3?
I bought the BoboVR mini as I don't care for halo style headsets. Maybe once they make the battery conversion kit available I'll install that to the mini - but I typically don't do long sessions anyway.
Mine arrived today! 🎉 the fan built into the strap in the Australian summer is going to be a life saver I feel! Haven’t had a gaming session in it yet but I will be doing that as soon as I put my son to bed in half an hour!
@@elyesfayache2087 it’s a bit of a mix for me. I love the fan! I feel the heat skyrocket as soon as I turn it off… I leave it at 40% and it is quite noticeable when you don’t have any games or media running but as soon as I start something with audio it disappears. The comfort is incredible too, better than the m2 pro I had on my quest 2… It just doesn’t quite seem as secure with that larger rear pad as it kinda wants to sit on top of my head…. With the m2 I used to like putting the rear pad down low on the back of my head and clamping it to my head between my forehead and the rear pad mainly for active games like thrill of the fight…. In saying that though I’ve had no problems with it feeling like it’s going to fall off or anything and for dames where you aren’t too active it isn’t an issue. I hadn’t opened my m3 pro and actually sent it back to bobo for a refund and overall I’m pretty happy with that decision
Thanks for your great video. The fact that these overhead parts can be removed so easily is brilliant. Now I want the HaloStrap too. What I like about the PlaystationVR2 is that you can slide the glasses under your bangs from below so that your hair doesn't always have to be in front of the lenses. Finally you can do this with third-party accessories on the quest3. Greetings from Munich ;-)
very good review as usual but I am surprised that no one is talking about the biggest issue, in my opinion, here... Ppl were asking for a better quality battery, no more, I have the "old" strap and it's fine, ppl bought the adapter or the strap little more than a month ago (no send it back option anymore) and now they need to buy a very expensive headstrap just for the battery... ok you can have a discount but you still buying 2 straps in a short period of time... The good thing about Bobo is that they ALWAYS made a solution to make the ppl save money, adapters, halo to elite kit without the need of buy the full strap again, you have the strap without battery? just buy the adapter and you have it.... now they said for months "we are working on a new battery" and ppl bought in the meantime the strap waiting for it and they include the battery in the new strap compatible only with it, they change the connection slightly in order to force ppl to buy everything from scratch... I am very disappointed
I just got the s3, used it and it didn't like the amvr facial interface. The interface is just to big at the top, cant feel much of the fan, the air channels work tho so the screen is kept from fogging
Thanks for the great review. To stop the fan pulling in hot air from the Quest 3, you could design and 3D-Print a clip-on manifold/shield, spherical lip below the fan pointing upwards, reducing air intake from below, that clips in place across the width of the outside plastic of the forehead strap at either side of the fan. Or just 3D-Print the spherical lip and glue - maybe do a few trial versions first, stick on with something less permanent till you work out the optimal size/shape.

@@youneslasfar I ordered on the 23rd of January and got it on the 30th so not to bad :)
I just received my BoboVR S3 Pro today! Exquisite build quality & flat out comfortable! It's simply the best.

This head strap is a game changer. It's made my gaming sessions so much more comfortable and enjoyable. The beeping noises they added are huge too.
Hey Jay, Is it possible to charge both the battery and the Meta Quest 3 simultaneously when the battery is mounted on the S3 Pro head strap and does the Link cable still work plugged into the battery?
I have the same question. On the m2/m3 it was not possible.
Craziest thing they listened to your cable management thing and now include it with their straps, just got one today.
Ayyyyy!! Bobo does listen to us we've seen which is great. They actually recalled one product after I had an issue with it. Sad it had the issue but great to see they listen!

Hey thank you!! We went through a LOT in as many days as we could so I'm happy you said it covered so much! Can't wait to see what you make for it!
And do you like it?
@Don-po8vl absolutely
Excellent question & exactly what I was wondering.
Good question and I was so focused on this strap I hadn't tested so I JUST DID:
Battery showed 87% and Quest 3 was near a full charge. I turned on the head strap and dropped the whole thing on the Meta dock.
The dock charged the headset itself and got green lights on both. The battery detected this and shut down. Still shows 87% even a while later so I'm concluding the dock is only charging the headset and not the battery :(
Answered above :)

I want to know this too that is it 3 hours total or plus the Quest 3 battery time ?
It’s 1000 and quest is 500 so 200% extra just got mine today still have to test it.

I also found a way to wedge my headset on top so theres pretty much nothing I can't do now.
where did you get the ears though? would love a pair and cant find any
He mentions having to update the print in the video, and they look 3d printed.
This seems great, but I do wish they also came out with an A2 alternative that matches this one. Need that audio.
I've asked Bobo about audio and so far most users are satisfied enough with the stock audio on the Quest 3 (unlike the 2) that it may not be a problem that needs solved as much. They may be working on something quietly but at least for now I don't know of anything.
So glad I went for this one. Almost bought an M3 literally days before this was announced

@jaybratt Awesome! So to make sure I fully understand, it will fit the BoboVr C2? And if yes, I'm pulling the trigger lol
Yay!!! I'm glad you got yours and you're loving it too! I don't even want to test the other straps I'm reviewing because this is just so comfy!! lol

Stock audio is pretty decent. Kind of hoping globular cluster makes a new set for the q3 tho
Same here. Seems strange.
@@LemurTech Not just me then! Possibly related to allowing the Quest 3 to wake from sleep to check for updates etc? I need to try disabling that. My controllers also drain quite badly when not in use. Strange.
@jaybratt, question...

Thank you!
1. The battery ADDS 3 hours in mixed reality, 3-4 in VR so that's ON TOP of the Quest 3 battery life of 1.5-3 hours
2. The honeycomb fixes it but also the fact that the strap on this new bobo locks in place helps it not slide up.

The dock charged the headset itself and got green lights on both. The battery detected this and shut down. Still shows 87% even a while later so I'm concluding the dock is only charging the headset and not the battery :(

Thanks for the quick test and response man! More reason to get the battery dock when it comes out :D
They didn't limit the USB-c charging to make it smaller. They limited it so they could sell us a "solution" in the form of a dock
Can you comment on any battery buzzing? That's the big complaint with some battery straps.
I never detected any. That's usually a product of overcharging and this strap seems "smart" enough to keep the right energy flow.
Jay - thank you for testing this! And I noticed you had it on without the facial interface! Coming from the pro, I love having periferal vision (especially in Supernatural with kiddos running around) it appears we can still float the display, like the m2/m3 pro, is that accurate for this one?

Thanks for the video. Take care.
Hi, can someone explain to me why at 14:09 the battery goes down to 60% on the screen and switches off? This contrasts with your words that the battery keeps the quest 3 power level. I think it means it doesn't charge the headset while its powered off?
I would love to know guys. I travel alot. CAN YOU PACK THE STRAP UP in a backpack easily?
I do appreciate that. They rushed out a comfortable headset for us, but they obviously could have waited a little longer, and just gave us this one. Already spent way too much money to buy another one. 🤬
Thanks for the review. I just pre-ordered one. One fast question, if I am using a USB wired connection, like for Steam Link, will the battery still run the fan not being connected to the Q3?
Yeah, that'll be the battery's only function then so you'd have a very long battery life 😂
I bought the BoboVR mini as I don't care for halo style headsets.
Maybe once they make the battery conversion kit available I'll install that to the mini - but I typically don't do long sessions anyway.
It's nice they are making that conversion kit for the mini, m2 and m3!

Mine arrived today! 🎉 the fan built into the strap in the Australian summer is going to be a life saver I feel! Haven’t had a gaming session in it yet but I will be doing that as soon as I put my son to bed in half an hour!
How do you like it?
How do you check the battery level when it's not on the strap if they got rid of the button??
Button on the battery lights up the 4 indicator lights on the battery.
There is a little small button, kind of hidden into the design on the right of the battery.
Hey Jay, just wondering mate, does the fan still work from the battery if the headset has a pc link cable plugged in instead

Thanks for your great video. The fact that these overhead parts can be removed so easily is brilliant. Now I want the HaloStrap too. What I like about the PlaystationVR2 is that you can slide the glasses under your bangs from below so that your hair doesn't always have to be in front of the lenses. @@jaybratt ok
@@jaybratt thx for letting me know but I think that it would be to expensive cause 90 dollars right now is alot
very good review as usual but I am surprised that no one is talking about the biggest issue, in my opinion, here...
They also reduced the input wattage on the usb-c forcing you to buy their charging dock if you want quick charging...
I just got the s3, used it and it didn't like the amvr facial interface. The interface is just to big at the top, cant feel much of the fan, the air channels work tho so the screen is kept from fogging
