This boys and girls, shows that MATH does, in fact, make a huge difference. Many of us, myself included, get by with the "air gap" of all sorts of things in life instead of really "doing the Math" and figuring it out up front to reduce risk and probability of errors (failure). I am not an engineer, nor am I trained but it's awesome to learn while I enjoy, even more, the stuff I have been around all my life. Thanks, Professor Finnegan for showing us to do the work upfront (when we can) and not just slam stuff together and hopefully continue our lucky streaks. Ok. For the crank bushing. A rod the diameter of the input shaft, a hammer and some grease. Grease fills about half the input shaft hole, insert rod, introduce hammer and rod and “presto”, the bushing’s on it’s way out. Science 😁
G-Force does offers a .78 overdriven 4th gear, with a 1to1 fifth, flip the levers on the shifter between 4 and fifth, and like Magic overdriven G5-R with a normal shift pattern. Fords overdriven Toploader and Chryslers A-833 overdrive operate similarly.
