Time for the obligatory Sunday episode of _Sillier with Finnegan_ - a.k.a. "Georgia's Yeti Trolls the Local Car Show, Round #2" You ought to call that thing the General Sea - looks as if it was pulled out of one. Jokes aside, consider repairing the rusted torque boxes and rocker panels. Those door gaps remind me of the sag you find on convertibles. That ladder frame might not be connected to the original unibody, after all.

Funny having Caffeine and Octane at Towne Center Mall. 20 years ago, It was Caffeine & Octane every weekend and even weeknights on Barrett. I spent my teens & 20’s (I’m 38 now) on Barrett. It was our staging area for Lots of crazy times and memories. Cobb police would chase us around kicking us out of Starbucks, Galyans/Dicks, Sports Authority, US Play, Media Play, etc. weeknights were usually chill out at starbucks. We used to get about 4-6 cars to pace traffic and do rolling runs at 1am on 575 between Bells Ferry & hwy 92, get on at Chastain Rd, pace traffic through the curve, then as soon as you crossed the Hawkins Store rd bridge and it straightened up, that’s where you start running usually a 2nd gear pull up to about 100-120mph then get off at 92, turn around and do the same thing going southbound. Switches from Cobb to Cherokee county there in that stretch so it wasn’t patrolled much except occasionally GSP. Good times… I had my Turbo’d Honda Accord 😂🤣😂. Our “crew” actually got back together about 6-7 years ago for a “reunion” at Starbucks. We’re all married with kids now.
Just rewatching this episode because it’s been nagging me ever since I saw the episode where you introduced the car Finnegan. A few minutes into the show here and you mentioned something that made me realize where I’ve seen this car before. It was either the late eighties or the early nineties but I saw the car in person. It would’ve been in one of 3 places but most likely at the DuQuoin,IL Street Machine Nationals. The other locations would’ve been either St Louis for an NHRA or NMCA race or possibly at Indy during the US Nationals. What I remember about the car was it sounding really really strange when it was cruisin around. I did see it parked at some point in time at the same event with the doors open and hood off. You mentioned that you had to cut the rear crossmember to be able to put any kind of a driveshaft in it. That’s the wing car I remember seeing that they’d powered with a Briggs & Stratton for cruisin around the fairgrounds. I can’t remember the exact setup they used to turn the pinion flange on the rear diff. There were some T buckets around that were built up similarly. The T buckets had either a front mounted Briggs with a centrifugal clutch turning a driveshaft or they’d hide the Briggs in the back under the turtle deck. The cars with rear mounted engines ran either a belt or chain from the centrifugal to the pinion of the rearend where they’d mounted or welded their chain or pulley to the yoke. If I remember correctly, your car had a Wisconsin twin cylinder engine in it. It’s been too many decades ago to be absolutely positive how it was setup but I’m % 99.9 sure that your car is the one I remember. I’m thinking I remember seeing it in a magazine at some point in time when it was photographed in a row of wing cars. I do remember the car having Convo Pros on it also. Finnegan I apologize for the long comment but it’s been buggin me ever since you put up the first video where you introduced it to us. Dunno if this sheds any light on the past of your car but I tried. Thanks for the content 👍

Haha Am reminded of what I think was an early eighties fwd subaru my buddy got for 50 bucks, but could have been older, that was rattlecanned black with an eight ball tagged on the roof that was partially bent in and screwdriver ignition. I as the shortest as the time actually crawled into the front and back seat and kicked at it until was a bit more head room. That you brother Finnegan I wish we had met 30 yrs ago having fun like you are doing today! Much respect to you, just be careful driving these rust buckets, I'd hate to hear something happened to you while driving a POS like this going home!
The day I met my best friend, We lived in the same apartment complex, then he drove in driving An orange 70 Roadrunner with A dull, tunnel ram intake With velocity stacks like your fake Daytona. That's when I walked out and started talking & introduced myself. Two weeks later he traded it for what turned out to be my all-time favorite car the 1967 SS Chevelle that I bought from him A couple years later, it was 75 Corvette yellow with A touch of purl, it had black diamond tuck interior, of course, 396 with A 4 speed, & V gate shifter, bucket seats & console! Dam I loved that car!
It is entertaining being on the inside and seeing how people not aware act around it. But I'd say the reactions were very positive for something that nobody would bother restoring anyway.

If someone wants to save this car I bet Finnegan would sell it to you if you have the energy, time and money to do so, otherwise he's having fun with it and making those of us that knows Mopars a awesome and good hearted laugh at others that don't have a clue! Great episode love this show keep them coming! It's damn car that most would have had it in the crusher yrs ago, Finnegan is doing what makes him happy and making a buck doing it, smart and fun guy that would be a blast to be friends with!
The guy @20:30 is the only one at the car show who seems to know anything about cars
As much as I have seen that Ford in front I surprised a body company hasn't came out with an aftermarket model A extended cab.
It is entertaining being on the inside and seeing how people not aware act around it. But I'd say the reactions were very positive for something that nobody would bother restoring anyway.
Good video mike. I would have loved to see some more of that blue Toyota van across from dumpster fire. I own one and love driving it but my dream car is a daytona. I always enjoy your content and hope I get to meet you someday soon. Keep producing the awesome videos.
We've reached the pinnacle of build reactions. Here I am watching this video wearing an FHM shirt... and realizing how few people know the truth. Everyone here should consider themselves lucky to be so enlightened. High fives.

It's the Day-faux-na!!!
The last time I saw a stack dance around like that, it was soon dancing to the pounding of the nut that was suppppossssed to be keeping it from dancing... I hope someone just forgot to put yours on and your engine didn't eat it!!
Thanks for Another great video 😊 love your channel !!!
What a pile of mopar goodness, even being buckets of rust they're still cool af 😂
I adore the custom billet cardboard ducting for the radiator😎
Great to see the young people digging it.
I'm amazed Garrett hasn't tried to buy this off you yet!
This is what I came to say set it out, would look great from his airplane!!
Plant it at the freedom factory and see if he notices it lol 😂
LOL Set the trap@@erscustoms911
Hé needs a real one
@@tomvelgersdijk9444 no he needs a practice one first 🤣
If it was mine, I’d put in a new floor pan, finish the trunk, new rocker’s and fix any structural issues. The outside should stay just as it is!
Nice! Also love how every man is an armchair car expert when talking to the wifie 😂 I’m guilty too!
I was going to go to that car show but other stuff came up. I was bummed when I saw your IG post and saw that you were there.
Saw that you dropped this video and I made a PBJ, got a glass of milk and settled in. 😂
Awesome, totally awesome! Alright Hamilton. (Sorry guys...could not resist!). Well done; liked & subscribed.👌
I think we have a new idea for Roadkill. A car show full of rusty, crusty, but cool looking junk. Stuff just like these two beauties right here. It would be awesome. No fancy paint, no deluxe custom show quality interiors. Just zip ties, rust, patina, dings, dents, and some old-school car guys having a blast!
I love that bigblock bucket ❤
Oh mah dog, this was so funny! What a way to start a Saturday!
Best part is when the 2 guys walked up and started laughing!
I lost it when that guy said " you're not as cool, shut up"😂😂
Y'all are living your best lives. Living vicariously through you. Keep it up! Great music and editing.
Only thing better than seeing it or anything else at a car show, is watching them drive on the road.
Isn't that Homer Simpsons Car? i swear they predict eveything. great car Finn, love what you guys do!
