    HOLY COW! That is the single BEST workout I have ever seen on YT. It was genuine, it was real, they were both wise, smart, INTENSE, funny, intelligent, knowledgeable and kept hammering home the reality of what it takes - COMMITMENT and INTENSITY! And they both have Titanium Abs to prove it. What I really appreciate is keeping the message simple and real and showing me what it’s like to work to failure - that even these walking sculptures are flopping on the floor at some point. I’m humbled and inspired! Thank you for sharing and inspiring…I’m one of those vegans who eats and cannot lose weight!!!! Damn you spoke to me!

      Just take a longer rest to start so you can get through it all. You can cut the rest down as you progress. Do not get discouraged. With time, patience,m commitment and consistency you can achieve your goals easily.

    Lower belly fats are one of the hardest to get rid of. And let me tell you this, abs exercises are not really gonna be the eliminator, your food, cardio and exercise consistency is the key.
