Thanks for sharing! I would love to know more about what you did to help with h. Pylori, as I am dealing with the same issue. My doctor put me on antibiotics for two weeks and probiotics but I don’t think the antibiotics is the best solution as that will mess with my micro biome even more, curious to know what you did. Also, would love to know how did you know you had a parasite, what was your symptoms? And how did you find a good natural path in your area, what are some of the things you look for? I have binged watch your videos, they have been very helpful 🙏🏿

Have you had your iron levels checked? I heard that the body can’t absorb iron if there is too much H Pylori. I had lots of hair loss due to low iron stores. Am on iron 3x times a day now and it’s taking ages to go back up. Been taking ferrous fumerate for 4 months and it’s only gone up to 34. Was 14. X
A few months of consistency. The hair growth cycle takes 3-6 months so whatever you are doing to regrow your hair, you should be consistent for that long.

I drink alot of hot chocolate even though I'm on the AIP diet and I have Alopecia and don't know if that's causing inflammation and causing hair loss.

What about dogs did it do parasite cleanse and what is super clean mean eatting .
