@@chefdwainaina I enjoy cooking. I usually keep it simple because I cook large quantities on Sundays. But I am learning a few things from you to give extra added taste. I love spices! I am from the south so salt, pepper and hot sauce was the basic for me growing up. But as the years have passed I have added many spices to my dishes but a lot of folks don’t enjoy spices as we all age! My new spice is Garam masala. I have used it on chicken and sweet potatoes. I desire to try a few curry vegan dishes for myself. So will be watching and waiting for your shares! I cook meat for others but I eat vegan.
I have everything except rice flour... I will buy this and make this. I also have a new pan and top similar to yours. Will prep for this . Have a busy schedule but will cook this for Memorial Day 2024. Thank you Chef D
I tried doing this meal and I know I don't have the flavor like his but yes this is something I enjoyed eating and cooking. My boyfriend fry too much so dishes like this is so much better.
15 minutes cooking cauliflower might as well throw it away after . Two minutes max . The carrots and potatoes should have gone in a bit earlier then the cauliflower at the very end in a simmer
