When you said it was nice not being the minority for once! That was probably my biggest take away from watching this just seeing Melanin everywhere! That’s such a beautiful thing
My Dad came to London England in the 80s. Worked his arse off, studied and now before this rush of wealth and interest in Ghana built 3 lux houses in Accra. I'm so proud of him. He'll retire in a couple of years and leave us to be in Ghana again. Blessed life!
Free yourself from the western gaze and proving anything to them.. Some of us live in huts. Some in brick and mortar houses, and that's fine. there is nothing wrong with living in huts. Stop invalidating other people's lives experiences in a bid to prove something to westerners. There is pride to be taken in the architecture and eco-friendliness of huts! Let them stew in their ignorance if they so please.
Thank you for not portraying Ghana as a poor, dangerous place like most African countries are viewed as. Don't be fooled by the propaganda y'all! Africa is sooo beautiful. Please come to South Africa 🇿🇦
You can start with the SADAC region.. Angola, Mozambique, Namibia, Botswana, Zambia, Zimbabwe, Malawi, Swaziland, Lesotho, Tanzania and South Africa. you can use booking. Com or air bnb. its a beautiful continent that has definitely been slept on.
So glad to hear you will be buying more land in Ghana. I wish more Africans and black folk do more of that because the moment you want to retire you will find that all the land back home is owned by foreign companies. Dont sleep on this in 2020!
Can't wait to appreciate all the melanin this video's gonna give me. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year. May God shower you with a year of exponential growth and blessings

my whole life was a lie. the school system set me up. lying to me , saying africa is full of poor and “foolish” people. *no* , those are my beautiful people. how dare you :/ trying to keep us small minded (took me long enough) this was great ❤️
tyyahnna yes, you got it, the lie was done on purpose to all African descent living outside the continent ( North America, South central America, the Caribbean) the reason being to keep all African descendants from knowing, learning and even visiting the continent by portraying the continent of Africa as a disease infested place, war zone , famine , poverty etc. ( of course no one want to go to such places or even associate themselves to Africa) For centuries Africa has been portrayed this way. Now the truth is coming out slowly. Africa is the motherland, the most beautiful, breathtaking continent on earth.
tyyahnna amen. The look on people’s faces around the world (but primarily in the USA) when they find out people are well fed and thriving, living their best life in an African country. Shame on the USA and any other country that portrays and has portrayed African countries as poor, dusty, hot (all the time), and destitute!
I love the return and everyone being excited about Ghana but please guys make sure you guys visit different countries in Africa not just South Africa, Nigeria and Ghana there are so many other peaceful, beautiful countries to visit
My dear it's the individual's once choice. It's not as if Ghana is yelling or stopping anyone to other countries. Keep making your countries welcome and safe they will come.
keearata our countries are safe and welcoming dear stop the hate, I was just educating African Americans who are new to traveling back to the continent so if you are from those 3 countries don’t be petty
@@atikah47 I never was petty nor rude in my comment neither did I mention that your country or other African countries were not safe to visit. I rather encouraged keeping our countries safe and welcome as those who yearn to visit or land on the African soil will come. Kenya as you mentioned has been a popular tourist attraction for many years. Africa is large and beautiful as we all know. Ghana has become popular in news recently due to it's large slave history. As 2019 marked 400 years of slavery many learned and connected with the history as the president also announced to welcome all. Ofcourse this is not the only reason to visit Ghana. Indeed there are many places to explore in Africa only a matter of time.
I am sooooooo proud of how you two have encouraged and embrace your heritage and culture. I'm encouraged by what you both do. Have a blessed New Year to both you !!
