I visited Elmina Castle in Ghana almost 11 years ago and I'll never forget the experience. I'm British and have Jamaican heritage. I felt sad, angry, broken but also felt so empowered. My ancestors were incredible. I have their strength in my blood. They went through that and then slavery and survived... I can do anything! ♥️

Seems like people have been complaining about waiters/waitresses attitude a lot when it comes to food ordering. It's about time restaurant managers give their workers good education . Is it just laziness? Don't just assume and replace a requested meal of a customer to one of your choice. What if that person is allergic to what was substituted?
