TechExcel ServiceWise 10 Sneak Peak

TechExcel’s ServiceWise/CustomerWise 10.0 will be released at TechExcel’s User Conference this November. This release will feature a completely updated user interface that will greatly improve your team’s productivity with its dynamic tab layout. This release represents one of the most significant improvements to our ITSM solution since the original ServiceWise was released over 10 years ago.
While we are working hard to develop 10.0, we would like to provide our customers with a preview of this release. This is your chance to offer our product managers feedback and submit requests on this version before the official release at our User Conference.
