Beautiful proposal. Wow! Surprise wedding. I think it's sweet, but I wouldn't want it. I would want to enjoy my engagement and go through the process. I wish them all of God's blessings on their marriage.

As cute as it may seem I can't see someone being rushed into such an amazing and life changing decision. Part of getting married is choosing. I'll write it again...choosing. Choosing what you want, when you want it and how you want it, with whom you want it with.
It seems as if the show and her friends and family were treating her as a runaway bride: "Marry her before she changes her mind!" Mentality. I kinda saw that she cringed several times.

I think she was ready. He said "I love our life together..." during the proposal. That tells me there's no need for a 1 year waiting period. Her mother and family were there. I think her mother would have vetoed this if she thought her daughter would have a problem. You don't think she didn't tell her mother she wanted to marry this guy and what her dreams were? I also think they probably feel this is worth it to do it on national tv at someone else's expense. Hell, Steve may even throw in the honeymoon! Then they can save their money on the house.

Seriously? He just ask her too marry him, that's a bit too much, I'd feel overwhelmed too. She didn't have time to think or breathe. And on t.v. too. I don't think that was fair at all. That's what you call a rushed marriage. She looked shocked and confused.
Everyone mad cuz they rushed a wedding. They've been in each other's lives since 1st grade. Why wait! If she wants a different type of wedding then do another one. I would be so happy to receive a wedding. My wedding we couldn't afford anything. I even had a borrowed gray dress so yeah. I'd be super happy especially if I loved the guy.

That ring is beautiful lol she said she’s embarrassed so I’m assuming she was really nervous. They have know each other since first grade so I’m sure she was fine with it and they will probably do another wedding. ❤️
I agree 1,000% with your statement. I have known people who eloped or married through Justice of the Peace, later on throw a big party or reception with the gown of the bride's/ wife choice, then changed clothes to simply enjoy their celebration with everyone!! Besides, Mr Harvey paid for everything. Who cares?!

Normally Steve's surprises are the bomb. This one just bombed. The wedding day is *the* day for a woman. You can't just tell her she's getting married and getting married now! Especially not on television!
